How does TabiVista make money?
Guests pay a small 8% service fee when they book — that's our only revenue. We don't charge hosts anything. Airbnb charges most hosts up to 15.5% per booking. On TabiVista, hosts keep 100% of their earnings, and our total fees are less than half of Airbnb’s.
Can I keep my Airbnb listing too?
Absolutely! Most hosts use TabiVista alongside Airbnb. Your calendars sync automatically via iCal, so you won't get double bookings.
How does the Airbnb import work?
Paste your Airbnb iCal URL and we'll pull your listing details, photos, and calendar. You can edit everything after import — plus upload your own photos, reorder them, and choose your cover image.
Can I see proof that TabiVista charges $0 host fees?
Yes. Inside your dashboard, every booking shows a transparent breakdown: nightly rate, guest service fee, and host payout. Your host fee is always $0.00 — you receive 100% of what your guest pays for the accommodation.
Can I create a digital welcome guide?
Yes. Add WiFi details, check-in instructions, house rules, and local tips to a per-property guide. Guests access it from their booking page or by scanning a QR code at the property. No app needed.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are sent via Stripe 24 hours after your guest checks in. Funds typically arrive in your bank within 2-5 business days. Note: Your first payout may take 7-14 days while Stripe verifies your account.
Is there a contract or commitment?
None. List for free, cancel anytime. You can delete your listing and all associated data whenever you want.
What if I need to cancel a booking?
You can decline or cancel bookings through your dashboard. You set each property's cancellation policy — Moderate (full refund 5+ days before check-in), Strict (14+ days), Super Strict 30 or Super Strict 60 (50% refund with 30+ or 60+ days notice, no refund after), or Non-Refundable (no refund for cancellations at any time).
How can TabiVista help my listing get found on Google and AI search?
On TabiVista, your listing gets its own Google-indexed page, so it can appear in Google and in AI search results (including Google AI Overview, Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity), not just inside a platform's internal search.
