Location is great for quick access to downtown, Opera house and the botanical gardens via a 10-15 minute Uber.

There was free parking directly on the streets which can be busy but I had no issues finding a park even during busy hours. Other reviews stated to be aware of the busy street but it didn’t disrupt me at all and I am relatively a lite sleeper. One thing to note, is that there is no microwave but I absolutely loved my stay, pictures accurately details the space. I’ll definitely be back!!! x”

“My stay at Zondas was exactly what I needed. I was doing a quick trip to Sydney for a birthday and was able to walk to and from the venue. Place was beautiful and so well decorated. Bed was extremely comfortable. As it does back onto the main road, can be noisey at times but had seen that in previous reviews and just brought some ear plugs. Really enjoyed my stay”
“A wonderful stay! Beautiful layout with useful amenities. Very clear communication from our host. The location was PRIME with very convenient bus access, lime bikes and plenty of cafes within walking distance for breakfast. It was a very cosy space with a comfortable bed. The bedroom is close to the main road so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would highly recommend this place!”
“Such a beautiful apartment. I was lucky enough to stay here for a week and I have fallen in love with the air fryer - so much so that I have ordered myself one for home! The bed is ridiculously comfortable, the entire apartment is meticulously decorated and feels like a welcoming hug. Zonda was the perfect host at all points. She even offered to drop off a heater if I needed it when the weather got a bit wintery (I didn’t need the heater - the apartment was not cold) Thank you so much for having me - I’ll definitely be back!”

“I stayed for 12 nights while visiting family and friends in Sydney, and the apartment was a wonderful base. It's cosy and beautifully decorated with luxurious linens and towels, I felt genuinely comfortable throughout my stay.
Parking was generally easy, with only a couple of occasions where I needed to park a little further away. A minor issue with the dryer came up during my stay, but Zonda resolved it promptly - she was always on hand and the service was excellent.
As other reviews mention, there is some traffic noise from Oxford Street audible in the bedroom at night. It didn't affect me personally, but worth noting if you're a light sleeper.

“We chose this flat because it’s just one block from our house—perfect for staying close while meeting our new tenant during this trip. The host gave clear instructions and the location couldn’t be better. The apartment is beautifully decorated with lovely personal touches that really show how much care has gone into it. Great espresso machine as well!
A couple of small issues: there was visible mold in the bathroom and a few bugs coming from some neglected dying houseplants. Being a basement flat next to a busy road, opening the bedroom windows isn’t really practical due to traffic noise and dust, which made ventilation a bit tricky on warmer nights, even with the fan provided.
Overall it was a lovely, convenient stay—just a few minor maintenance and airflow points that would make it even better. Thank you!”
“I had a great stay overall, nice homely feel. clean and great kitchen amenities. the suburb was great. the road outside can be a little loud when sleeping but the traffic calms down most of the night. I didn't have an issue getting to sleep.”
“We had a fab week at this place. The apartment itself is beautifully furnished, bed SUPER comfy, extremely clean and equipped with each amenity you would need for your stay there.
Extremely close to Bondi beach and super easy to get to other parts of Sydney on public transport.
The host was extremely responsive and helpful, as when we arrived after our flight from the UK, the key instantly snapped in the lock. They arranged a locksmith to come within the hour which was helpful.
The ONLY downfall to this apartments, is that it backs on to an extremely dual carriageway. The windows in the bedroom are wooden with a slight gap at the top and the noise of the traffic went on until the early hours and started again at 5am. Please bare this in mind when booking as it did disrupt sleep, however aside from that it was perfect. We would recommend/stay again with this in mind!

“We had an incredible 4 nights staying at Zafrollys on Wallis in Woolhara. A fantastic location opposite Centennial Park, perfect walking distance to Paddington and a short bus to Bondi and Surry Hills. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and quite spacious, with full kitchen amenities (although with great eateries nearby it’s not necessarily to cook for yourself). The king sized bed is extra luxurious. Zonda is a wonderful host, very welcoming and hospitable. Highly recommend a stay here! We will be back next time we’re in Sydney.”

“Very nice little apartment in the trendy upscale neighbourhood of Woollahra. Zonda clearly cares about keeping the place clean, neat and tidy. The king size bed is very comfy and is made with nice high-end linens. I hardly spent any time in the apartment because it was very chilly (no heating) and the tv didn't work but I can imagine it being a very comfortable place to hang out if it wasn't so cold and you either had work to do or could relax watching tv. Highly recommend for folks wanting somewhere clean and with a comfy bed that's also accessible to the Eastern Suburbs.”

“Every once and while you chance upon a genuine gem of accommodation - and Zonda’s exquisite corner of the world was certainly sparkling as one of the best AirBnb experiences we’ve ever enjoyed. From the moment the key is turned you are treated to a beautifully presented home with every convenience, including a modern kitchen and pristine bathroom. The apartment had the feel of lux Parisian quarters, stunningly appointed with comfort to match. We’ll eagerly anticipate our next stay, and again enjoy the proximity to world class shopping and dining in a neighbourhood that proves Sydney has even more to offer than its fabled postcard attractions. The closeness of Centennial Park only adds to the appeal of this AirBnB showpiece. Our host Zonda was a delight to deal with, even taking the time to direct us to the supplier of her “must have” sofa….about to become an enduring reminder of a truely wonderful Woollahra stay.
