  • EXTERIOR SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY: We take our guests' safety as well as guests' privacy very seriously. There are 3 three operational 24/7 motion-activated exterior security cameras for "home safety and for security purposes only". During your stay, none of these 3 cameras capture any image from inside the room and from inside the shared spaces. One camera located on top of the outside garage door views the walkway/ path, 1 camera located on top of the front entrance door views the entrance, and 1 camera views the street located outside the exit door of the rental property.
  • FIRE EXTINGUISHER, LOCATED IN KITCHEN: We installed a Kidde Home Series 5-B-C for fighting Class B flammable liquid & Class C electrical fires to enhance safety.- SMOKE, CO AND STROBE ALARM: On every floor, hallway and bedroom, we have installed the Kidde 3-in-1 Hardwire Interconnected Combination Smoke and CO Alarm with Strobe Light provides temporal patterns and Voice Alert.
