“Great family-style home in a quiet, gated neighborhood with a nice mix of locals, expats, and visitors. It’s the kind of area where kids ride bikes and people walk their dogs. A short uphill walk to the community pool and an easy drive to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. Being close to Jacó without staying in town is ideal, and Herradura is a lovely nearby community.
The house layout is perfect for a family, with the main bedroom having its own bathroom and a second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. The home is well equipped with plenty of air conditioning and TVs, and has everything needed for daily living, including cooking, eating, and doing laundry. We loved the extra sitting room off the kitchen, the family room, and the outdoor living space. Parking was easy, room for two cars, and the backyard is a great place to relax or cook out.”
“Property is in a great location. House is exactly as advertised, perfect for our last couple of nights in Costa Rica. Property management was fantastic. Only issue was bedding/sheets provided for the sofa bed weren’t suitable but the host was very responsive, answering immediately. Any issues we had were resolved straight away and Tina was very helpful.”
