One of our favorite features was the private terrace. It was the perfect place to enjoy breakfast in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. Although the apartment is peaceful and quiet, you’re only a few steps away from fantastic restaurants, bars, the waterfront, and Split’s main attractions.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would happily return. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located base in the heart of beautiful Split.”

“Aleksander and Anita made us feel so welcome, with a tour of the apartment and helpful local information. This is a perfect place to stay. Everything you need is provided. We appreciated the extra towels including beach towels. There was tea, coffee, milk, juice and sparking water. How thoughtful. The terrace is a fabulous outdoor space to eat breakfast or relax with a glass of wine! It is quiet, yet as soon as you step outside there are gorgeous restaurants and bars. You are within walking distance of the sights and the sea and Riva are a stones throw away. We would definitely love to stay here again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the central area of beautiful Split.”

“This was a fabulous place to stay for our 3 days in Split - super close to the old town, surrounded by loads of great restaurants, minutes from the Riva, very safe to walk around. The apartment was well equipped and the best use has been made of the space with all you need to ensure you have a great stay. The patio area was lovely - whilst it doesn't have a view, it's really private and peaceful and there is good space to relax with a glass of wine. Aleksander and Anita were lovely hosts - we appreciated the personal touch of being met on our late arrival, and all the information they provided about the local area and ideas for things to do. “We loved staying at the beautiful home of Aleksander and Anita. The location is absolutely amazing, we didn't appreciate how great that was until we got there- not only were you only 10 minutes from the meeting points for any day excursions and ferries to the islands, but in the evening you could happily go for an after dinner stroll all throughout the atmospheric old town knowing you didn't have a difficult journey back home. The apartment is in a lovely historic building which is gorgeous inside and spotlessly clean. The terrace was really spacious and you can see a church tower from there where on Sunday evening we enjoyed fireworks! As per the other comments it's still really quiet and peaceful there despite being next to many excellent konobas and bars. The hosts so kindly provide everything you could need and genuinely want you to enjoy Split as much as possible. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Split as there was nothing we didn't love about this place.”

The location could not have been any better for exploring, and the apartment felt very safe and secure. The Roman Palace & old town, the harbour Riva promenade / marinas, the steps up to the Marjan Park view point, endless choices of restaurants and even the number 12 bus to the local beaches were all easily walkable from the door step.

Nearly all major attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport were just a short 2 to 10-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. “Aleksander and his son greeted us upon arrival and were immediately welcoming, friendly and helpful! They helped us bring our luggage upstairs which was hugely appreciated after a full day of travel. They provided us with an explanation of everything in the Airbnb, local recommendations, and asked us about our plans for our stay in Split. The Airbnb itself was lovely! The highlight is absolutely the terrace which fell in shade most of the afternoon and served as a quiet, serene space to unwind during hot afternoons. The property is in such a perfect location, a peaceful area next to lots of amazing local restaurants, and a very short walk to the centre, or a nice stroll along the promenade to a swim spot.
The apartment is beautiful and clean and had everything we needed. The inclusion of amenities like coffee, dishwasher pods, and cooking essentials was really appreciated.

“Officially one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed in while traveling, I am a female solo traveler, so it’s really important to me that I have a place that feels safe and have everything I need to stay long-term. The host were extremely kind and helpful ! There is an incredible back patio with a connected sunroom that is all private. The location of the Airbnb is in the heart of split and walking distance to everything! I truly couldn’t suggest a better place :-) The bed was very comfortable, great AC and a functional kitchen as well as hot water. The street is on is extremely safe as well as the building it is in 10/10 also great wifi if you need to work”

宿に洗濯機はないですが、すぐ近くにランドリーがあったので洗濯が必要な場合はそこでできると思います。

“Anita and Aleksandar were incredible hosts. They greeted us when we arrived quite late to Split and showed us around the apartment and gave us recommendations for restaurants, activities etc, and they were very easy to contact throughout the entire trip.
The apartment itself was beautiful and is located very close to the old town centre! It had everything we needed and was fantastic accommodation. The terrace was private and perfect to enjoy a drink in the evening.

“Amazing apartment, very clean and lovely outside space. the hosts were brilliant, we had an early morning flight and they got the apartment ready for us to check in earlier. The location was ideal, very quiet, a lovely square nearby with some amazing little restaurants! And just around the corner, the Old Town and The Riva with so much to do and see! We had a day trip to the island Brac and also to Trogir, both highly recommended! You won’t be disappointed if you book here!”

Aleksander was great at communication and had a travel cot and high chair already set up for us on our arrival, he also recommended us local taxi companies to get us to the property that had car seats available and who has good prices.
The apartment was clean, had all amenities needed and accurately described as listed.
The terrace was perfect to sit outside and enjoy a coffee and we were lucky to have found somewhere that offers this.
We were met by Roco on arrival and he gave us all the hosts numbers so we could communicate throughout our stay and local recommendations of where to eat and things to do.

Great info and the place was spotless. We messaged them a couple of times with questions during our stay and they were prompt and super helpful with their replies. Apartment was spotlessly clean with some basic essentials provided which were very much appreciated.
It was worth paying a little extra than other apartments for the benefit of the lovely terrace which you don’t get in other places. We used it nearly all the time and barely spent time indoors, such a fantastic bonus. Although it is right in the centre of the old town it is so peaceful and quiet. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of many fantastic restaurants and a stone’s throw from the riva. Hosts allowed us to spend a few hours longer using the apartment on checkout day which was so much appreciated as we had a late evening flight home. We really enjoyed the stay, would definitely recommend and would not hesitate booking again if we ever returned to split.”

The apartment location is perfect, two minutes outside of Diocletian's Palace so it feels much less chaotic but is still extremely convenient to everything (and is quiet). The apartment itself is nicely appointed and has all that you'd need. The mattress is very firm, which I don't mind, but some might. Overall, this is a great place to stay in Split!”

“I would firstly like to express how incredible both Aleksandar and Anita were as hosts. Due to unforeseen circumstances my trip was cut short twice, resulting in only a night stay out of what should have been five nights. The communication with this was so kind from both A&A, being very helpful when it came to picking us up from the airport and just ensuring we was all sorted.
The apartment itself was stunning, so clean and well presented. We was gutted we didn't get to experience our full trip but really enjoy the little time we did have. The outside space was such a treat. Would 100% return. Thank you!!!”
“This place was great! Location is super close to everything you would need. Very close to a supermarket, restaurants and the main riviera where you can get boats or buses to wherever you need. The hosts were great at communicating and always responded quickly. The place is super clean and there are small thoughtful touches throughout. Even from just having some cold water and juice in the fridge, it was appreciated. Lovely patio space also to relax and drink a coffee. Would recommend!”

The apartment is in a neighborhood two minutes from the center, yet quiet, great restaurants, a market and a laundromat a hundred steps away, and you feel like you're apart from the touristy, trendy area. You're on a medieval street, but in an updated apartment. The bedding is perfect and super comfortable, the kitchen (even a dishwasher) and bathroom well equipped and brand new and the balcony is wonderful with nice outdoor furniture.”

“Our stay at Aleksandar and Anita was exceptional! They went above and beyond and were so welcoming, they made us feel at home straight away. Salt of the earth humans. The apartment is very well located and in a safe area and it is extra comfortable, plus the terrace was much appreciated even in the winter. It is also warm and the little touches like the heating floor in the bathroom makes it extra comfy. The mattress was also comfortable and it had all the amenities you need and more. We were afraid to be cold in the apartments in Croatia but if you stay there in the winter, fear not, it is super cozy. Their place is also well renovated and decorated, pretty new and very clean. They take good care of their guests and answered our questions quickly. They even gave us pannetone and a Christmas tree to decorate so we could feel Christmassy during our stay. There is also a safe paid parking next door. We loved our stay and would absolutely be back when we go back to Split! Thanks A&A!”

Très arrangeant pour l'entrée des lieux, ce fut très simple de se mettre d'accord. Nos hôtes ont pris le temps de nous expliquer toutes les petites choses à savoir sur Split et les nombreux documents dans l'appartement furent très utiles.
