“Rachel was kind and helpful. The apartment has enough space and a nice terrace, the bed is big and there’s a lot of space to put your things in, as well as in the bathroom. Everything was clean, the check in was clear and independent, the area is nice and calm, I took the bus everyday from the bus stop that is 5 mins away by foot and no matter what time I arrived, I never felt unsafe.
I have no complaints about Rachel’s communication or coexistence, she speaks Italian and English which is helpful and is always willing to help, she also has two cats that I thought were very sweet and well behaved.
The apartment has AC and the room has a ventilator, bathroom has hot water and sufficient toilet treats.
It is to take into account that if you have big luggage like I did, there is no elevator and the apartment is almost at the last floor which I didn’t expect, thankfully Rachel helped me carry my very heavy bags down at my check out which was very kind. I would recommend staying with her”

“Rachel was friendly and responsive as a host however I believe that the description of the space could be more clear. For instance the room did not have its own ac and the ac was located at the far end of the home so when we closed the door at night the room got quite hot. We also did not know that there was another room being rented and that we would be sharing a home with another guest we thought that the place was only shared with the host herself. In terms of cleanliness the bathroom was quite clean and neat however the same didn’t apply for the bedroom. The bedding looked like it was fitted a long time ago had few stains and the pillow sheets had cat hair all over. We absolutely loved the two cat friends however we would have preferred a fur free bedding experience. The bathroom door was also missing the key so we couldn’t lock the door. Other than that the place was quite and peaceful everybody was minding their own business.”

I also really enjoyed spending time with the cats, they were such great company! Rachel even helped me with excellent recommendations that completely made my plans for the next day. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Rome. Highly recommended!”
“Great place to stay! the room is big and comfortable, and the bed is ginormous. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet but still has a lot of places to go (the cafe/bar in the corner, totem garden, is really nice and there’s a cheap pizzeria called disneypizza nearby that’s also pretty good). The apartment is a little far from the center but the tram that’s nearby takes you there super quick.
Rachel is also really nice and a great host!”

She’s a super nice and friendly host and she has 2 cute kitties, which was a great bonus for me. I was enjoying petting them every time I met them :)
The apartment is really cozy and well equipped, also there’s an amazing terrace with the view. All the amenities were really clean, too. The room and the bathroom were also cozy and clean.
The location is not in the city center, but I really liked that area because it felt really safe. Also there’re some nice places to eat etc around. There’s also a good transport communication, + it’s close to the airport (took me less than 30 mins to go there).

Il bagno minuscolo (in sala e non in camera) non ha nè finestra nè ventola e c’è perennemente un forte odore di scarico e il WC non ha alcuna tavoletta.
La finestra della mia camera da letto non poteva essere aperta e neanche le persiane perchè c’erano le impalcature fuori. Avrei voluto saperlo prima.
Nel complesso sono stata bene ma consiglio a Rachel di sistemare il bagno per i prossimi ospiti e di far presente il problema finestra in camera da letto.”

The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re visiting Rome for tourism or work. There’s also a small desk which was very useful for working from home.
Her two cats are absolutely adorable and made the stay even more enjoyable 🐱
The only minor thing is that there’s currently some construction on the building’s facade, so I couldn’t open the window for natural light — but this is not something the host can control.
