“This was the perfect stay for a quick solo trip to Rome. It was my second time visiting so I was familiar with the transit systems. Rachel’s place is right by a tram and a bus stop so getting into the Rome city center is super easy. The room was very quaint with a serene garden patio view. Definitely would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in between city exploration.”

“She told me to always shut my door when I left the apartment, which I did. However, because it was hot in the very small room I would leave it open when I was there to allow air conditioned air into the room. Yet if she saw my door open she would shut it.
It was very warm in the room even at night. My travel fans wore out. She did provide me her fan my last night there.
She always had dirty dishes in the sink. I wasn’t sure what I could use or not use.”

There’s an Intesa Sanpaolo bank with two ATMs to withdraw Euros only a 5 minute walk away. Rachel is also very friendly. Definitely would recommend.”
“Rachel was a really nice host and the room looked prettier in Person (different bed).
It was a lovely stay and has a good Connection to Bus and Tram. In an hour long walk you can also pretty much get to all the different sights by foot, which is really nice because you get to see so much more of the city!

Durante il mio secondo pernottamento mi è stato chiesto appositamente se dovessi svegliarmi presto la mattina, così da avvisare gli altri ospiti di non fare rumore: un piccolo gesto che ho apprezzato molto.
Stanza semplice, Wi-Fi veloce e zona tranquilla. Fantastico il gatto.
Finalmente Rachel ha rimesso la porta del bagno. Il problema degli odori fognari è stato risolto: questo dimostra quanto sia attenta alle richieste dei suoi ospiti, lasciando comunque la loro privacy.

“Rachel’s place is in a great location, especially if you’re arriving from the airport, its about 15 minutes on the tram and also about 30 minutes into the centre of Rome. Nice room, nice house and balcony is great to chill on. Very friendly host and 2 fluffy cats. Recommend”

“Das Wohnzimmer/Küche und die atemberaubende Dachterasse sind auf jeden Fall die Juwelen des Airbnbs. Leider war das Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber, die Wände im Schlafzimmer waren recht fleckig und vor allem roch es sehr stark nach Abfluss, sodass ich das Bad kaum
benutzen wollte. Rachel war sehr freundlich, hat die Tür, zum
Bad wieder eingesetzt, da ich sonst wegen des Geruchs nicht schlafen konnte, hat ein Duftmittel gekauft und mir auch die erste Nacht fast ganz erlassen. Sie ist wirklich nett, leider kann ich es aufgrund der Sauberkeit und des Geruchs nicht komplett weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist aber ein sehr schönes, authentisches Römer Viertel, gut angebunden mit wenigen Minuten zu Bus/Tram, gute Lage besonders für Trastevere. Gerne mochte ich die Bar an der Hauptstraße.”

“Super helpful hosts that are up for a chat and can give you helpful advice if you want any. Rachel always texted back super quickly. I didn‘t need much help during my stay but I bet she would have tried to help me out anytime.
Extra plus: two cute cats that are always up for a cuddle and a nice terrace.
If I try to find something negative: the whole apartment was clean but not mega clean. So if that‘s super important for you, you should better ask Rachel before if she can make it extra clean for you :)

“From the minute I booked the apartment, Rachel was super helpful and responsive. Even helping carry my suitcase up four floors! She’s sweet, friendly and the room is exactly like in the pictures. Check-in was easy. Rachel and her flat-mate, Isil, made me feel very comfortable as if I’ve known them forever. They even had suggestions on places to visit. It’s a nice, safe and quiet neighborhood with some excellent coffee shops a 5-min walk away. I’d 100% recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Rome.”

La cosa che più mi preme sottolineare, é stata la premura di Rachel per sincerarsi se il mio soggiorno andava bene e se avevo necessità di altro. Raramente mi é capitato di trovare host così gentili.
