“Loved the location, the place is really nice, hosts were very communicative but overall horrible experience unfortunately . We stayed there twice. The first time we stayed, there wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I spoke to the host and they immediately responded kindly and cleaned the place the next day, which was really nice. They were very apologetic about the whole thing. They even offered to give us a free night during our next stay. We really appreciated how nice the host was and how responsive they are. We were happy to stay there again.
On our second visit was about 1 week later or so. The place was very clean when we arrived compared to the first time. Unfortunately the next day, we saw an adult bed bug on our pillow and then found babies on the fabric headboard. We told the host and they were apologetic, but our last few days in Nairobi were ruined. In the end, they did give us a partial refund as an apology.”
