“The place is better and more spacious than what is described in the listing. It's loaded with the listed amenities & is quite cosy. Sarah is quite responsive and could fix minor plumbing issues once highlighted promptly. First aid kit can be made available at the property. There's round the clock security inside the society. Outside alley gets dark as there's no streetlight so it is advisable to Uber/Bolt in the evening instead of walking as there have been untoward incidents in the recent past.”

“Beryl is a very unprofessional host who doesn’t care about the well being of her guests. She was very hard to get a hold of and was very unresponsive. She took ages to respond to my texts on the airbnb and when I tried calling her on phone she did not answer. She came back online a while after I was supposed to check in and informed me very casually that she had double booked me and did not even offer an alternative accommodation.
Book a place with Beryl at your own risk as she could really inconvenience your travel plans and she really needs to work on her communication and professionalism.”
