“Enrique was very fast to answer any questions or needs we had. The house was very spacious and even more beautiful in person. We were a group of 7 and had plenty of space:)
My only note was not all the bathrooms had usable mirrors, so we did have to move bathroom to bathroom to do makeup and such.
But overall we absolutely loved the place!”

“Our stay was very disappointing. The listing says no parties, but Villa 9 had a huge party from 11am to 10 PM with over 20 guests +. The music was so loud we could hear the lyrics in our villa. Despite contacting the host, nothing was done, and the music only got louder as more people arrived. We felt unsafe since the villas aren’t separated by walls, and unregister guests from Villa 9 could easily access our space.
The listing also says no pets, yet there was a dog barking constantly, waking us up at 7 AM daily and even coming to our villa to bark at us.
The kitchen was poorly equipped, with ruined pans. The shower had no pressure, and the water was cold. WiFi did not worked for one full day despite the host claiming it was fixed. Our phone has not services we had to go to coffee shop to communicate with them the roads to the villa were in bad condition, and taxis charged extra because of it.
Overall, the stay was noisy, uncomfortable, and poorly managed.”

“Our stay was fabulous! The host was extremely responsive when we needed anything. He helped us with taxis, made sure the pool was clean everyday and provided us with a long list of different attractions and local recommendations. The only thing I’d say about the stay is the home is tucked away and kind of hard to find. I messaged the host this as well but the address could be a bit more specific as I was dropped off at another airbnb about 3 streets away from the actual location of the home. Otherwise, our stay was great!!”
“Great place to stay. Looked just like the pictures. The host was very responsive, and helped us if we had any issues. Only complaint is getting there was a little difficult. The roads are not finished so it was a very bumpy ride. But that is out of the hosts control.”
“Our stay was 19 nights. Enrique is very responsive, and an overall great host. The cleaners are immaculate and do an incredible job. The house/property is located in the jungle, little construction is heard from the house. The downside of the location is that a car or taxi is required to get anywhere unless you want to walk for approx 20 mins. The roads getting to the villa don’t just have potholes, they have caverns! Make sure not to rent a low clearance vehicle. The villa itself is gorgeous with fantastic A/C, beds are comfortable, great hot water with great pressure although the water from the tap isn’t potable as it is with some of the very new complexes. The kitchen is minimally equipped and really is geared towards people that will be utilizing the beach clubs as the main sources of meals. Some longer stay items such as a bottle opener, salt/pepper shakers, beach towels (although we were able to use their bath towels),cooler etc would make this property great. Thank you!”

“My stay was incredible. The AirBnb was clean, beautiful and just like the photos. The setting is amazing, and all the glass in the walls made it feel like were outside. Kike, my contact during my stay was very helpful and responsive. The location is great and close to everything but it does take some getting used it. The roads are not developed, unpaved and very bumpy so when we first arrived we were unsure of the location but once we got used to it it was no problem. Loved it and would return!”
