From the beginning of October to the end of April, the pool is heated for free and equipped with a pool cover. Outside of this period, you can pay extra for the heating. BEDROOM ONE WITH JACUZZI: The BLACK AND WHITE ROOM: This bedroom has a king size bed, a double jacuzzi (for 2 people), a waterfall shower and a beautiful sink. 2 walls are covered with lavarock. BEDROOM TWO WITH SUITE FEEL: the BLUE ROOM: This bedroom has a king size bed, a wardrobe, a waterfall shower, a built-in sink and a nice mirror. BEDROOM THREE WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM: The ENSUITE ROOM: This bedroom has a king size bed, a built-in wardrobe with safe, the ensuite bathroom has a double sink, a toilet and a large open walk-in shower with waterfall . One wall in the shower is covered with lavarock. That gives you a calm feeling. SEPARATE TOILET: Between the black and white and the blue room is a separate toilet, partially covered with mirrors and a sink. LIVING ROOM: 2 different open spaces: one to lounge and watch TV, one to sit and dine. The lounge has a grey sofa chaise longue, a coffee table, a 55' smart TV that allows you to watch internet TV, also streaming apps are available, such as Netflix, Prime,... (to be used with your personal login codes) The sitting area has a dining table with 6 chairs and a separate bar. KITCHEN: Open black glossy kitchen with an island in the middle. The kitchen has an induction hob, a built-in BBQ grill, a microwave and an oven. An American refrigerator (without ice cubes) The island has a dishwasher and a sink. OUTSIDE: Heated swimming pool with pool cover, round glass table with 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers, double lounge bed, covered seating area with 2 grey sofas and a coffee table. 2 low chairs to relax and look at the views over the mountains and Femes. I think it was the fact that the villa was in need of some repairs and having previously stayed in several villas in Playa Blanca, it is my opinion the villa needs investment. “We spent 2 wonderful months in Sandra’s Villa Perla Blanca. We particularly liked the very spacious and well equipped living, dining room and kitchen area. The huge windows provide great views across the heated pool towards the volcanoes north of Playa Blanca and made even very windy, rainy and Calima days acceptable. All rooms have been freshly painted with mostly white colours prior to our arrival which is favourable. Sandra is a very nice host. She always responded very quickly to any enquiries we had. Thank you Sandra!”
“Lovely villa so spacious and private, Sandra is an amazing host and she helped us recover our holiday after we had a disaster in a nearby hotel. The villa has somewhere to park your car, a private entrance, fantastic layout, kitchen it very well equipped for cooking and the and views from the back garden at the swimming pool are absolutely breathtaking. Highly recommended what a fantastic host as well, we’ll definitely be back 😊”
“We found this place to be spacious, bright and very well located, with a great view in a quiet compound and environment. The unit and many furniture items need refreshing if not replacing. Service was smooth and friendly. If location, space , terrace, pool and views criteria weigh more than modern and squeaky clean, you should consider this option.”
“5 of us stayed in the villa and we all feel that you need to spend some of the money you earn on renting it out on updating it. Not just a paint job. Would also say 3 bedrooms en-suite was advertised only one bedroom had a toilet. Unfortunately we would not entertain booking this villa again.”
“The villa is perfect with beautiful views. It is very well equipped and very spacious. The villa is the best I have stayed at and the pool area is private for relaxing with amazing views over the volcanoes where you can sit and watch the sunrise. There is a pool table and table tennis which is great for kids and adults. The villa is kept lovely and clean and is nice and modern. It is in a lovely gated area and it is close to shop, waterpark and Playa Blanca centre is easy to reach by car or bus or a nice walk. Check in is easy and the host responds very quickly. I would recommend staying here for a fun, relaxing holiday in a perfect villa.”

“The villa is in a gated estate, so very safe/quiet and a great location to access the main centre of Playa Blanca either via 30min min walk or a 4/5min drive.
The local shop has things to get you going once you arrive (cereals/breads/milk etc) not a huge selction.
If you're booking for the heated pool, we followed instructions to keep the pool covered to retain the heat but the pool never did get anywhere near warm - was a shame.
The jacuzzi is great though, takes a while to fill (its a pretty big) so do it in advance.
We also had issues with AC, and there was no instructions on how to use this in the booklet.
Agree with some of other messages the bedrooms and bathrooms need a revamp.”
