We Celebrated my wife's 50 th birthday in Lake Havasu with family we stayed for a week Michelle was quick to respond when we had a question regarding the spa . Her place is pet friendly we took our 3 dogs . We have stayed at her place before and will be back again. All the upgrades she has done is amazing especially the pool and spa lights . The home is comfortable makes you feel like your home .”
“We absolutely loved our stay here and can’t recommend this home enough! The pool was pristine and an absolute lifesaver in the 100°+ weather, we spent so much time enjoying it. The house itself is incredibly well-stocked with everything you could possibly need, from shampoo and toiletries to cooking utensils, olive oil, and even grilling spices. It truly felt like a home away from home.
We traveled with my brother, his wife, and their two small children, and the layout was perfect. The spare bedrooms being on the opposite side of the house from the master gave everyone privacy and made the stay even more comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the thoughtful decor made the home feel warm and welcoming.
Another huge bonus was having access to the garage remote so we could park inside and keep our truck out of the extreme heat.

After a long day at the lake it was refreshing to finish at a nice quiet house with the ability to jump in the pool to cool off. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood away from the busyness that is known in havasu. Going to the London bridge and into the city is a nice short drive. If you launch at the riviera it is nice and close. Overall the trip was very nice and enjoyable as a whole. Would highly recommend and will be looking forward to staying here again in the future.”

“We had a lovely stay at Michele's Airbnb in Lake Havasu. It was located in a quiet neighborhood not too far from the lake and close to hikes, which we wanted. This is not in the listing description, but Michele said she usually doesn't allow guests under the age of 35.
When we arrived, the house was clean, but there was old food left in the fridge. The listing says that shampoo and body wash is provided, but the only ones available were half-used bottles under the master bathroom sink.
This is more of the classic house sitting Airbnb experience than a luxury stay, which means it comes with chores like taking all trash to the curb, cleaning out the fridge, and washing and putting back all used kitchenware before you leave. This also means it comes with some cozy quirks like a loud dishwasher, an old TV system without modern apps, and no locks on bedroom doors.
All-in-all, Michele provided a nice vacation home to stay in for our weekend getaway hiking and kayaking in Lake Havasu city.”

“We planned this trip to celebrate the holidays with our adult children and we had a great time!! The backyard was great, too cold to use the pool, but the spa was terrific!! The 3 bedrooms were perfect for all of us. The bathrooms were very clean beautifully updated. The kitchen was nice but could use a bit of an update to match the rest of the house. We had family meals together which we haven't had in a long time and just had a really great vacation. I would definitely recommend, and we would stay there again for sure!”

Old pillows old sheets smells like a mortuary I had to see a chiropractor after sleeping on that old Matress I could feel the springs on my back the dishwasher is from the 70’s plates and dishes same era then she wants to charge 250 cleaning fee and wants you to do all the work makes no sense.”

Will definitely try and book again for next year if it is available again. The view of the backyard was beautiful watching the sunset hit the mountains close by. Very quite neighborhood which we enjoyed. Our dog also enjoyed her stay. Grocery store and London bridge is close by so it was convenient for us. The pool was a nice 91 degrees the whole time we were there. Didn’t even need to turn on the heater or spa for the night time.”

It’s located close to Acoma and 95 for easy access to anywhere, especially the new Riviera marina. The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet.

The only things I would want others to know is that the neighbor has a couple little dogs & will leave them outside to bark all day - but if you talk to him about it he will keep them inside most of the time. Also, the photos show how beautiful the place is, but they also make it look a little bigger than it really is. In our opinion , there’s plenty of room for 2-4 people but we wouldn’t of wanted to have more than that at one time. But if you rent it with those 2 things in mind - YOU WILL LOVE IT❤️!!!”
