Before you send your booking request, please read all the information, guidelines and house rules to see if you're comfortable with that :) Inside you’ll find two beautifully designed bedrooms, carefully curated vintage furniture, cozy reading corners, and everything needed for everyday living. We wanted the house to feel warm, inspiring, and lived in - not like another anonymous rental. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you’ll need for cooking. There’s a dishwasher, dining area, washer and dryer, dedicated parking, fast Wi-Fi, comfortable workspaces, and thoughtful details throughout the house that make longer stays easy and enjoyable. The house is cooled and heated individually - no fighting over temperature! We currently welcome stays of 31 days or longer, making the house perfect for: • Traveling nurses and healthcare professionals • Remote workers and digital professionals • Visiting professors and researchers • Film and television professionals • People relocating to the Coachella Valley needing a temporaty stay • Anyone looking for a peaceful mid-term home in the desert Nearby you’ll find: ☀️ Desert Hot Springs spa resorts (about 2 minutes away), where many resorts offer affordable day passes to enjoy natural mineral hot springs, pools, saunas, and spa facilities. 🛒 Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and everyday shopping are just a few minutes away. 🌴 Downtown Palm Springs — about 20–25 minutes 🚠 Palm Springs Aerial Tramway — about 25 minutes 🌵 Joshua Tree National Park — about 35–40 minutes 🎨 Palm Desert, Rancho Mirage, and the rest of the Coachella Valley are all within an easy drive. This house has been renovated and designed with a great deal of love and attention. We care deeply about it, and we’re looking for guests who appreciate beautiful spaces and enjoy treating a home with kindness and respect. A little about us ❤️ We’re filmmakers and designers who have been welcoming guests into our homes for more than 15 years in Germany and Greece. House Guidelines 🌿 - Please read before booking! • Registered guests only. Everyone staying at the property must be included in the reservation. • Visitors are welcome for dinner or a quiet evening together, but we don't allow parties, loud music, or events...! • All utilities are included. However, if the electricity bill during your stay is above 250$ per month, we'll ask you to add the remaining balance. We'll show you the bills if you ask. Note that we have mini-split units in each room - please turn them off if you are not around, and it will be enough :) • Quiet hours help keep this wonderful neighborhood peaceful for everyone. • Smoking is not permitted inside the house. • For security purposes, all adult guests will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID (such as a driver’s license or passport) before check-in. • Security cameras are installed outside the premise for reasons of safety and insurance. Your privacy is fully respected and guarded - we will not monitor your activity unless we have complaints from neighbors about a loud party or something similiar... • Mother nature blessed out with many things 🦎 🐇 🐦 🦋 🐝 🕷️ desert living sometimes means encountering some visitors more than you would in the city... Though we have regular pest control, it isn't possible to prevent every bug or critter from appearing.
