Note: No pets, parties, guests or smoking The space This brand-new tiny home, built in 2025, seamlessly blends modern comfort with thoughtful design. It's fully insulated and equipped with a mini-split system for year-round heating and cooling, making it the perfect cozy retreat. The bedroom area features a queen-sized Murphy bed that easily folds up, transforming the space into a charming living area with two benches. Relax and unwind with Netflix on the TV. Home is fully equipped for comfort. The kitchen boasts a stovetop, oven, full-size fridge, sink, drawer dishwasher, and all the essentials for cooking and dining, along with shared spices for your convenience. Your stay also includes bottled water, coffee, tea, and a few treats. For added convenience, a stackable washer and dryer are provided in the unit. Enjoy complete privacy and comfort with all windows' top-down/bottom-up blackout shades. The two windows facing our home have a beautiful film that lets in rainbow light while providing full privacy. The bathroom is stocked with soft towels, salon-quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. A shower and full-size tub also invite you to relax and unwind. In the evening, gather around the fire pit (heat only, no cooking) and enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars, surrounded by the glow of solar lanterns. Our beautiful shade garden, nourished by a grey-water system from the washer, sinks, and shower, thrives with high-quality biodegradable detergents and products. All products are provided for use during your stay. Please message me after booking with any special requests. Guest access Please note - Maps takes you to the front of the house, but the unit is not accessible from the front. I will send you directions and the door code the day before check-in. Parking is through a large manual gate - 11.5" wide, so only regular-size vehicles will fit - no trailers, etc. There is room for one SUV/Truck or 2 medium cars side by side. There isn't space for a 3-point turn for a large car, so make sure you are comfortable backing in and out of the long driveway. Street parking is not allowed. Other things to note Due to the experience we are creating for guests, the property is unsuitable for babies or small children (who might put small items into their mouths). Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 7 AM; we kindly ask that you respect our wonderful neighbors during this time. The speed limit on our street is 15. Before pulling down the bed be sure to take the bed pillows out of the lower left cabinet. There are open spaces for the throw pillows down below. The unit includes a fully fenced small private yard with 2 chairs, an umbrella, and a fire pit. The rest of the property, including the pool and hot tub, is private. For stays beyond 4 nights, we will request to do a quick exchange of the hummingbird feeders out back. For stays longer than 7 days, I will need to clean the greywater system every 7 days. We do have monthly pest control (outside only), and I will message if they need to access the yard during that time. We will also pull the cans out Weds night (Thursdays on holidays) and replace them the following day. Message to upgrade to the "LoveNest" package, which includes a dozen roses, chocolates, Prosecco, fake rose petals, and candles for an additional $75/charge. Lastly, ArtNest's cabinets are tall! I’ve placed frequently used items on the lower shelves, and a step stool is conveniently located next to the fridge for easier access.

“WOW! What an amazing place to stay! I wish we booked for longer and I may have been checking to see if somebody would cancel so we could LOL.
The neighborhood felt so safe for me and my daughter. Everything was immaculate and we had every little thing we needed! A stocked fridge and snacks, which was handy for our safari/disney days! There was a cute puzzle for my daughter to figure out with a little prize inside! Any questions we had got answered immediately. For a detailed person like me I can really appreciate all the thought that went into this beautiful place.

There were even a number of delicious snacks and bottled water stocked for our arrival. The space is really well thought out - well appointed kitchen and eating area, spacious bathroom and very comfy bed. The outdoor space with firepit was a great way to end our days. Beautiful views from the kitchen, we loved watching the hummingbirds in the morning. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!”

“Melissa's tiny home, ArtNest, was a short, beautiful experience. My husband and I were here for 1 night for a local art show at Distinction Gallery and our 3-year anniversary. We made our way through the windy streets in the hills of Esco and located the property easily via the map she sent. We arrived at ArtNest and were greeted with a lovely bottle of local wine and chocolates waiting on the table for us. The details in the unit are immaculate, clean and cozy. The pops of color from the sage green decor and local artwork give this bnb a unique feel that only can be described once you experience for yourself. The bed was comfortable, everything in working order, brand new/clean. Restroom/shower was great. Make sure to play the ArtNest puzzle game that's hidden in a book within the game cabinet, we won a cute little prize! The outdoor firepit was relaxing as we shared a glass of wine, too. She really has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!!”
