Extremely convenient !!!

  • Please take off shoe upon entering the premises to prevent bacteria and dirt from entering for health issues.
  • Please no hot pots and pans on the countertop as it will ruin the quartz countertop.

The space This brand newly built studio home is located in a quiet gem in Northridge, Los Angeles. It is 5 minutes away from California State University, colleges and public schools and the Metrolink. It is in the center of San Fernando Valley, where it's close to all freeways. This property is not far from Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Sign, beaches like Malibu and Santa Monica Pier. It's close to many shopping malls and delicious varities of ethnic food. You have your own private entrance, new kitchen, new washer/dryer. New Refrigerator and state-of-the-art bathroom for you to unwind after a long day's work, TV, Wi-Fi, cooking amenities and utensils. The bed is a full size bed with protective bed coverings and pillows. Need anything that's not listed, please let me know. I will try to accommodate as each persons' needs are different. Guest access Guess have access to strong Wi-Fi and air condition. There's a new microwave and stove for you to cook hot meals and available seasonings. Brand-new washer and dryer. Entrance to the house is a few steps away from the parking driveway. Other things to note Take off shoes upon entering the place. Use squeeze on shower glass door after each shower to prevent soap scam, hard water stains and mildew. No hot object on the Quartz countertop. Countertop stove works and have 4 burners. Be mindful of electricity and water usage; if not, then extra charge. Extra guess to stay overnight requires extra $30 for utilities, wear and tear. $10 for day usage.
