To preserve the peaceful setting, large parties and disruptive gatherings are not permitted, and quiet hours are observed from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The home includes stairs and elevated decks, which may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. During the summer months, Breckenridge’s mountain climate offers cool, comfortable temperatures, and most homes do not require air conditioning. Please feel free to open the windows to allow for fresh alpine air throughout the home during your stay. For getting around, the Chalet is just minutes from Main Street Breckenridge. Many guests also choose to use our preferred local transportation partner, Gold Rush Transportation, for easy and reliable access to town, dining, activities, and airport transfers. The private hot tub and deck are available year-round. Please follow all posted safety and maintenance guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. During winter months, AWD or 4WD vehicles are strongly recommended due to mountain conditions. For the smoothest access, we recommend utilizing Barton Road when arriving at the property. “I recently had the opportunity to stay the night at this great property with some friends and it was fantastic!! Everything that was listed for this property was available and had no issues. Great place to relax and have a good time either upstairs or out on the deck. The hosts had instructions that were clear and precise as far as checking in and checking out.

This cozy mountain gem was exactly what we needed. Spotless, super comfortable, and beautifully decorated with that perfect cozy vibe before a day on the slopes. The location is ideal. minutes from town, yet peaceful and quiet.
The private hot tub was pure heaven under the stars. Hosts were responsive, check-in was easy. Definitely will try to come back for our next Ski getaway. Highly recommended.”
“Great home perfect distance from the main town. We loved the views, the environment, and the peace and quiet. FOR FIRST TIMERS GOING… there is two routes to the house if you are in the center of the town or in Breckenridge Ski Resort… always take Barton Rd, especially if you have never driven in unpaved snow roads. We slid off the road when we went from Breckenridge ski resort to the house using ski hill road, very scary experience! Barton rd is paved all the way to the home so recommended that route! Love the house and would definitely book again next time… longer than a night stay next time!”
