Whether you’re touching down at the nearby COS Airport or heading out to explore Manitou Springs, this 3-bedroom retreat serves as your ultimate Colorado home base. After a day of downtown dining or hiking the Incline, come home to your own private sanctuary. With two full baths and a sleek layout, there’s plenty of room for the whole group to recharge before the next adventure. The space 3 bedrooms with 3 queen sized beds each; 2 full baths. The primary bedroom and bath is located on the main level. The remaining bedrooms and bath are located on the second level. Guest access Guests may use entire house. Please note the basement and garage are not accessible to guests and are locked for homeowner storage. Other things to note Permit Number: A-STRP-26-0149

I highly recommend this place if you plan to be around the area. Parking on the drive way, water kettle for your coffee and an iron/ironing board to help get ready for your special event.”

“Great place; would stay again. The only thing I didn't like is that I was there visiting family - attending a wedding. We brought games to play with our family after the events, but the host didn't allow anyone else into the home other than what we booked for. It would have been nice to have my parents come to the house to play games, but that wasn't allowed. My parents aren't rowdy lol.”
