There was plenty of room for us all to have our own private space, but we enjoyed hanging out in the living room(s) to spend time unwinding after visiting the parks. Having access to the Margaritaville amenities was a HUGE bonus! We loved hanging at the main pool and getting drinks from the bar. Adam was incredibly responsive and helpful when we accidentally got locked out while swimming in the pool and we were back inside within 10 minutes! This place is a must stay and we will absolutely be returning!”
“Adams place was amazing! Plenty of space for our family of 6 to each have their own space but to also come together. The space is beautiful & clean. My favorite space in the house was the upstairs balcony where my husband and I enjoyed a glass of wine after running around or swimming all day nightly. I do wish there was a ceiling fan up there though for the muggy nights. My daughter loved the pool!!! There is so many shops, restaurants and stores in the area that you really don’t have to leave the area if you don’t want to. I would definitely stay here again in the future.”

“Fantastic stay at Adam’s place! Plenty of space for our family of 5. It was a perfect place to relax after long days at the parks. My kids especially loved the pool, we didn’t even have to leave for the resort pool. I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning and taking in the charming colorful row of cottages across the water. The house was very neat and clean. The only dirt I found was some footprints on the wall in the bottom bedroom and the washer had not been properly aired out after use and was moldy with sludge built up in the rubber seals, so I wiped it down before running our laundry. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and we found the beds to be very comfortable. We did find a surprise crib in one of the bedrooms that seemed to be cracking at the bottom, so that may be something to consider if you plan on using it. Overall we loved our stay and would love to come back to stay again! You won’t regret it.”

“We were absolutely blown away by Adam’s villa. As a group of four adults and one child travelling from the UK, we spent nearly two weeks in Orlando, mainly visiting Disney World, and were thrilled when we found this property—it had everything we needed and more.
The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent, and it was just a short, easy walk to Sunset Walk, which offers a fantastic variety of restaurants and activities. The villa itself was beautiful, and we made great use of the garden and pool area throughout our stay.
If we’re lucky enough to return to Orlando in the future, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.”

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this Airbnb! The location was truly excellent, offering a very convenient drive to Disney (just 25-40 minutes to Universal Studios depending on traffic).
The resort itself is very nice, and the house was clean upon our arrival. We were particularly impressed with the mattresses – they were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after long days at the parks.
A special shout-out to Adam for being a great communicator throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother.

- Convenient to everything: walking distance to margaritaville pools, and shops at sunset walk and a quick 7min drive to Disney World parks.
- Perfect space! Very cozy home with pool and hottub that were so fun to play in. Beds were very comfy. Home had ample space. Easy entry. Lots of bathrooms (4). Free parking right in front of home.

The location was perfect—super walkable and close to the main resort amenities as well as the sunset walk strip with restaurants, coffee shop, ice cream shop, etc. There even is a walking/entrance path by the gym/spa to the main pool area that we regret not noticing until the last day. We were going through the lobby! Whoops. The space was exactly as described, spotless, and well-appointed with great amenities. Cleaners came for the backyard pool 2 times during our 6 night stay. Check-in was at the main resort & was a breeze thanks to clear instructions, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout when I had questions about the crib set-up and linens. Would absolutely stay here again—I’ve shared with other friends and family members already!”
“Our stay at Vista Lago was exactly what we needed for our 5 night stay during our Disney trip. Our flight was cancelled and Adam graciously let us extend by one day to help with the flight issues we had, to ensure we could change most of our plans. He was fantastic!! When we finally arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful location in Margaritaville. The check in was easy, and the short drive to the home was quick! It was spotless and so bright and welcoming! We loved how close it was to the community pool which was also impressive! Our own pool didn’t seem to be heated properly but we were able to have it fixed by maintenance after a couple attempts, then it worked great!We loved using the hot tub to help our aching legs and feet after all the walking. The home has the perfect layout for what we needed, loved the extra living room upstairs.
We definitely would choose this home again for our next Orlando trip!”

“Adam was responsive which is great but not prompt to fix anything. I was told on my vacation to call the front desk to get things fixed. Which they didn’t fix anything when I called. The pool light was broken so we couldn’t see at night to swim. The hot tub wouldn’t get hot. The pool chair was broken so we were left with one chair and three people. They didn’t have enough cookware to cook. I had to purchase pans that were large enough to cook. When asking about fixing things he kept reminding me to pay the fees he forgot to send he said when I checked in. Be aware in the small print it’s $38 dollars a day for resort fees even if you don’t use the resort at all. Lastly we asked for a late checkout. One hour would have been amazing. We understand guests were checking in after Adam unfortunately said no! We’ve been staying in the cottages once a month but they were booked so we tried Airbnb. Well stick to working directly with the cottages.”
“Amazing stay! Deff had a couple issues with the cleaning staff prior to our arrival (dirty diaper left on the pool deck) and the smoke alarm needing batteries changed at 4am and again the next day but nothing the owner really could do.
Owner Adam was EXTREMELY welcoming, helped us through the issues, and was very responsive. Perfect house for our needs…we had a few mountain bike trips in Orlando and the downstairs bedroom was perfect for the bikes and gear! House was gorgeous, perfect pool/hot tub, and beds were comfortable…..will 100 percent stay again as Margarittaville is where we tend to stay while in Orlando! Thanks again to the fantastic owner for all of his help with everything looking forward to staying again!”

“The house was clean and had a great location. Adam was very responsive and helpful every time we’ve had an issue, but there could be some general maintenance on the place to make things a bit easier.
There are a few leaking water issues with two of the showers, as well as a couple issues in the kitchen (garbage disposal shorts after dishwasher use, freezer sometimes didn’t seal).
As mentioned in a bunch of reviews, there could be more essentials provided particularly in the kitchen. Things like scissors, a broom (a must if staying with children), pot holders for getting things out of the oven etc.
Addressing the maintenance issues and providing a few more essentials would make this place perfect. But overall it was a nice place to stay and close to the theme parks and stores should you need anything at all.”

The house itself was clean, comfortable and had a great layout (we enjoyed having the two living areas). Also nice is that right next to the resort is an entertainment area with lots of good restaurants and entertainment, as well as a Target for anything we needed.”
“We just spent a week at this house and it was wonderful. It is the perfect location for Disney (about a 20-minute drive), and the Margaritaville Resort had plenty of things to do, as well. We spaced out our Disney days and spent our off days at the resort pool and in the pool at the house, which was so nice to have. My 5-year-old daughter loved it. The pool alarm took a little getting used to, but we understand why it is needed. There are tons of restaurants nearby and Target is not even 10 minutes away. Adam was very responsive to our questions. Just an FYI, check out is actually 10 am, not 11. We will definitely be back.”

Although the hot tub and pool are not huge, it was perfect when we just wanted a little bit of family time only versus the big pool over at the main complex.
Without question, we will be coming back and would recommend this place for anybody with kids looking to go to the parks with plenty of sit down and fast food restaurants and shopping like target right around the corner within a mile

“The owner asks guests to consider a 5-star review, but we decided there were enough things that kept it from being so.
Kitchen essentials were missing. The largest skillet was very small. There is a coffee pot, but no filters. We bought some to leave at the house; hopefully they’re there for future guests. The shower curtain is too small and allows for water damage/flooding around the shower. Dead ants were trapped under the dining table glass. Our bed did not have a fitted sheet, just a regular sheet that didn’t stay put and made it hard to sleep. Not the worst, but not the best. Didn’t feel the need to reach out to the host, but we wouldn’t return to this unit.
The good: a full-sized crib, and washer and dryer on site. Each bedroom has a full bath. Trash was picked up daily. The location is great - close to shopping and food (3 min drive). The resort pool is amazing. On site cafe & bar. We decided if we were to return to Margaritaville, we’d just stay at the hotel itself.”
“Adam was a great host and this is a phenomenal unit inside an awesome resort. Nearby Promenade at Sunset Walk is a 2 min drive (also walkable) and offers many fantastic dining/shopping options. Fantastic location for Disney if not staying on resort. We used a rental car to commute to Disney parks (shortly before opening in AM) and were able to make it to Disney parking lots in 15-20 mins. Will definitely stay again!”

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not able to be used, as the ignitor to heat them was broken and couldn't be fixed due to the holidays; however, Adam was in touch about this issue and did attempt to find a repair person during our stay and was apologetic. Would highly recommend Adam's house if you are in need of more than just a hotel room for a family trip.”

“Our family (4 adults , 2 kids age 4 and 1) had a great stay. The resort pool area was great and it was even better to have our own pool and hot tub. We loved to watch sunset from the hot tub! The ride to Disney parks was easy. We aren’t ready to stay at the Disney resorts yet with our young kids so this was a great alternative. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were cool for sleeping, the host was a great communicator and quick to fix the one issue we had. We’d stay again for sure !”

“Our stay was great! We stayed here while we spent a couple days in the Disney parks. It was a quick drive to Disney and the cottage hot tub was the perfect place to relax after a busy day! Having the resort amenities was such an added bonus. We loved the pool area with daily activities, the bar & grill, and the gym. Would love to return here every time we visit Orlando!”

Those traveling with littles just keep close eye as the floors are VERY slippery when wet or even in socks. There are no rugs or carpeting so coming in and out from the pool or bath/shower use lots of caution- we had a couple accidents due to this.”

“Really enjoyed my stay at this property. My family and I got to enjoy the hotel amenities on site. We spent a day at the Salt Rim Grill and Bar restaurant which had two large pools. We rented a cabana and enjoyed a relaxing day in the sun. My 6-year-old is still talking about how much fun she had at this place. The home was extremely clean when we arrived, there were large smart tv’s in every room that we could use to log into our favorite tv streaming platforms. The only issue we had when we arrived was that the cottage’s private pool temperature was extremely hot and we had to call the front desk to have maintenance turn the temperature off/down, but it didn’t seem to work as the water from the hot tub seemed to be spilling over into the pool (which made the pool temperature way too warm to swim in on a hot day). Other than that, we had no issues and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My family and I were able to cool off at the main pool which was only a 3-minute walk away.”
“We really enjoyed our week at Vista Lago! The cottage is beautiful and spacious- very important for a family with two older teens. Lovely view and the private pool was wonderful. Only about a 20 minute drive to Disney, a little more to Universal. The only drawback was the toiletries and consumables that were provided (toilet paper, hand soap): the resort (I think) gives you about a two day supply and that’s it. One packet of laundry soap. So we had to get soap and TP at a nearby Target- not the end of the world, but an inconvenience, especially when you are paying a resort fee on top of the rental cost. Overall a very pleasant stay though and I would not hesitate to book again!”

“We loved Adam’s place at Margaritaville Orlando. We would stay again provided the relative value remains intact (it cost little more than a “budget” Disney resort in mid-summer).
Check-in was inside the Margaritaville Resort lobby. You get a key card that works via RFID so you don’t need to remember a code. Lobby staff provided welcome beverages. We arrived an hour before check-in, but the home was ready at that time.
The home easily accommodated our family of four…each had a spacious bedroom and en-suite bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The pool area was also clean. No pool heat was required in the summer. In fact, it felt like a bath, even at night…so if you like your pool water cooler, that is something to consider. The hot tub worked flawlessly and the pool furniture was comfortable.
Check-out was a breeze.
Only room for improvement is for the management company…bath & pool towels are far too thin and better noise enforcement is needed (loud party).”

Very convenient to restaurants, shopping, amenities and major attractions. May have been too much to do in our 7 day stay that we missed. Will definitely consider renting this property again.”
“First and foremost, Adam was great. Always super responsive and kind. Any issue that was mentioned, he was quick to assist. Probably the most responsive host I’ve engaged with on Airbnb.
We did encounter a few issues that were frustrating, to be honest, but all were addressed in a relatively quick fashion. Nothing major enough to ruin the trip. The house is exactly as pictured, the location is ideal for activities/shopping/food/Disney, the shuttle access is great, and all of staff that we engaged with were friendly.”
