“Nice place, very quiet, my only concern was the communication with LRS Vacation. You can only communicate with them using the airbnb app, not bad but sometimes you need to talk with someone, person to person.”
“I have stayed in many Airbnb with family and friends this one has been my least favorite. I understand the weather in Florida it rains almost every day in June . But the pool was nowhere near service or cleaned. You can see how the walls of the pool were dirty and the bottom . It wasn’t just debris in the pool. The pool also had a complete screen over it so it protected it from all the trees around. I’m not sure why the pool was so dirty. We did not get in the pool at all or the Jacuzzi. It was nothing how it showed on the website we were very un unhappy we cannot get into the pool. Also roaches small ones we found around the kitchen. They also had roach traps all around the kitchen that let us know they have roaches. The game room as they call had no air conditioner. It was super hot. There was no way to play pool with the heat in the garage. Standup showers in both bathrooms needed to be clean. We didn’t get to swim or play pool . Other than that everything else was fine.”
“The house was very comfortable and the kitchen very well stocked with enough dishes and plates for our party of 8.
One of the main features of this house we were looking forward to was the games room. Unfortunately we were not able to use it due to the garage being so hot, as the AC did not flow into it. The pools sticks had no ends and no cue chalk. Also ice maker on the fridge and water dispenser on the fridge did not work along with the garburator that did not work .
The pool was amazing and we thoroughly enjoyed it each day.
Overall the house was very comfortable, a good location and close to Walmart. If the games room as usable then this house would have been a 10.”
“The host was amazing definitely was understanding and responsive the home was beautiful and quiet. I enjoyed playing the amenities games with my family and the nice warm pool. This is definitely convenient to stores in the area from driving far, especially coming from Maryland. Walmart was only 2 min and not far off from Disney and Universal.”
“This was a 3 day stay after our cruise. No problems checking in at all. Location is very easy to get anywhere on Rte 192 and Walmart right there. The pool and jacuzzi were warm, other people had complained about temperature in jacuzzi, realize this is a jacuzzi and is actually pool temp water I understood this because used to have one built same. Only thing is the place needed to be spayed for bugs. We did have some roaches running on top of the stove back and in the laundry room. But all in all the place was good for the price.

“Beautiful, spacious home. I was pleased that our host was quick to respond several times we had questions or needed help. There were no instructions about the alarm system and how to disarm it. It went off shortly after we moved in and we had to call to get a shut off code.
After a long day at Disney, we could not unlock the front door. with our code. A repairman came in about a half hour and replaced the whole lock mechanism. Since we had children with us who needed to eat, we had to find a restaurant that served gluten free items. The host refunded $100 that covered our dinner. Much appreciated.”

“The place itself was convenient and lovely, but there are a few things guests should know beforehand.
Only one towel per person was provided with no extras, and there were NO washcloths or hand towels. Each bathroom had only one roll of toilet paper with no additional supply. When I asked about this, I was told the listing stated that only “basics” were provided, although I did not see that clearly mentioned anywhere in the listing. If you’re flying in or staying several days (we stayed a week), it’s extremely inconvenient to have to stop and buy basic necessities, that we felt should be provided. Also, the jacuzzi automatically drains around 10 PM and refills around 8 AM, which wasn’t noted in the listing. I messaged to ask about it but never received a response.
Also, the beds are VERY uncomfortable (and noisy).
Overall, it was nice, but the lack of basic items, and those things not clearly stated in the listing really brought the rating down.”
“The property fell well below expectations in overall quality and cleanliness. The furnishings were low-grade, worn, and appeared inexpensive. Several items felt unstable or poorly maintained. Most concerning, when I turned on the kitchen lights at night to get water, multiple roaches were visible, which raised serious cleanliness concerns.
The beds were also extremely unstable and uncomfortable. They felt loose and lacked proper support, and several members of our family experienced lower back pain after sleeping on them.
Overall, the condition did not match the listing photos or the price paid. Significant improvements in maintenance, cleanliness, and basic furnishing quality are needed to justify the cost.”
“I think future guests should know a few things. There was 1 roll of extra toilet paper for 3 bathrooms in this house. There was paper on the roll but only 1 new and full roll in the whole house. Im sorry but toilet paper is a necessity. We arrived late and Walmart was already closed. The bar soap in the bathrooms. I can appreciate that there was soap but no antibacterial soap in a bathroom is gross. It is even more gross during cold and flu season. I bought antibacterial soap and left it there. Proper soap is also a necessity. The “jacuzzi” you advertised is quite misleading. It is the same temp as the pool. The Television in one of the bedrooms does not work. One of the bathrooms had a completely plugged drain. The water from the shower would not drain. It was gross but we cleaned it out. There was a bunch of hair clogging it. That would have been caught if it had been cleaned properly before we arrived. The house is nice but some things need to be done better. Location is a plus.”

“This home was very spacious. It was in a great neighborhood. There is a Walmart right around the corner for anything needed. The neighbors were very friendly. The pool and hot tub were both great.”
“The home is lovely and has potential to be luxurious. Our issue was pest control that was needed and some areas that appeared did not get cleaned well prior to our stay from the last tenants. Also, we were only given one toilet paper roll per bathroom and felt that to be off as most places at least have 1 extra roll for you.
However, the home is in a nice neighborhood, easy to find, it's layout is nice, love that it has 2 master bedrooms and a personal pool. It just needs some updating and some TLC.
The hosts were very responsive and helpful. They quickly responded to anything I sent and worked with me on any issue I had. I was very satisfied with the hosts, enjoyed the home minus the inconveniences which were privately discussed with the hosts.”

“The house was nice and the host allowed us to check in early which was very nice of her. The issue i had was the only reason I chose the home was for the pool and hot tub and heating was included in the price. I knew i would need the hot tub after walking around the theme parks. When we arrived the hot tub was freezing cold. They came out the next day to check it and said the heat was working and informed me the hot tub only gets as warm as the pool and the temp was 88 and they would set the timer for the heat to stop at midnight so we could enjoy it. I did not realize 88 is not warm at all for a hot tub the water was not even lukewarm. I was disappointed and had it been posted in the details i would not have chosen this airbnb. I even asked if they could turn the temp up and i was ignored. The dryer broke while we were there and the host was very responsive and quickly got the dryer fixed for us. If you're not interested in a hot tub this is a very nice home to stay during vacation.”

“We had plenty of room for 7 adults and a 1 year old. The heated pool was awesome and we used the game room in the garage too. Location was perfect! Quiet neighborhood within walking distance to Walmart. Also nice walking path in Shingles Creek Regional Park. Another plus was the playground in the development for our little guy. Highly recommend!”

“Our host was amazing, very responsive, trash routine was a bit off paper in home said Tuesdays and Fridays , but think it was Mondays and Thursdays after coming back and seeing everyone else's trash and recycling out and picked up after we left for day.. but other than that was absolutely amazing and would and want to stay again.. also would include on rental amenities hot tub for this house is only same temp as pool doesn't actually get hot..

“We had a great stay. This was our first airbnb trip and I was anxious about how smooth everything would go. After being in the car for what took us 20 hours with our 6 kids we were exhausted. We were made aware the AC was sticking during check in and it was fixed within an hour. We were impressed by how quickly they fixed it and communicated with us. Communication on all subjects was fast and helpful! 10/10 and a wonderful experience.”

“The place was as described, and overall, it was very clean. It was located in an area with many convenient stores and restaurants. Loved the keyless entry, and it was easy for everyone with me to access the home. The pool and jacuzzi were clean.
The only reason for less than 4 stars is the issue with the ROKU in 3 of the 4 rooms that did not get resolved until halfway through our stay (3 days). Since all rooms were occupied and we were mostly there for my son's tournament at ESPN zone, 6 people spent a good amount of time in the house competing over the usage of 2 working TVs services.”
