“Beautiful Home, once you enter you will be welcomed by an amazing house smell. Quiet neighborhood, very comfortable and cozy.”
“The management company was not truthful or forthcoming about the living room television repair. Although they knew the main TV had problems, they initially blamed the issue on an “Act of God” and cited the rental agreement to deny responsibility. The TV lacked a surge protector, raising questions about maintenance and the accuracy of their explanation. Despite repeated questions and the company being argumentative, they didn't disclose that the TV would not be repaired until the final day of our stay. Only after numerous follow-ups did they provide a replacement TV. Their lack of transparency caused unnecessary frustration, inconvenience, and loss of use of an advertised amenity. They then scheduled the repair from 9:00 a.m. to noon on our last day and refused to move it until after our departure, further disrupting our remaining time at the rental.
Overall the home is tired. Furniture, except for the garage (Movie Room) is in need of replacement. Location is in a poor neighborhood.”
“Our family recently relocated to the Orlando area and needed a place to stay while our new construction home was being completed. From the moment we booked, the experience was exceptional. We reserved the home several weeks before our arrival, and throughout the entire process every question we had was answered within minutes. The communication was outstanding and gave us peace of mind during what was already a very stressful move.
When we arrived, the home was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well maintained. After settling in, it quickly began to feel like home. Any questions or needs that came up during our stay were addressed promptly, and the hosts were always responsive, friendly, and helpful.
We stayed for approximately two months, and the property was perfect for our family. The spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room, and the backyard became one of our favorite features. The location is also perfect. So many local attractions so close!”
“We stayed at this Orlando-area home for our theme park trip and overall had a comfortable visit. The beds and bedrooms were great—we slept very well every night. The kitchen was well stocked, the family room couches were comfortable, and there was plenty of parking.
The host was excellent: very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. Location-wise, it’s 20–35 minutes from Disney and Universal. Uber rides ran about $20–25 with tip.
A couple of practical notes: The showers have low water pressure, and the hot water heater only supports about two showers at a time.
The neighborhood had some noticeable issues—homeless people living in cardboard boxes down the street, a homeless woman approached our car window at a corner, and we were approached by two sketchy individuals at the Circle K gas station two blocks away. That said, our car remained safe the entire week and a half.
The house itself worked well for theme park visits with good host communication.”
“Honestly, from start to finish - this Airbnb was amazing. It’s spacious, it was VERY clean (I had a terrible experience at the previous Airbnb I used) and everything from the sheets to pillows to towels were extremely comfortable and clean. The hosts were extremely communicative and responsive, not that I ever needed anything bc they truly think of everything and have anything you can possibly think of. We were only a group of 3, so it was def more than enough space & items provided but a big group would still be ever comfortable staying here as well! I would 10000% stay here again! We all enjoyed it so much. Thank you!!”

“Our overall experience was very positive. What really stood out was the excellent communication with the host and their proactive approach to addressing any minor issues we encountered during our stay.
The house itself is very comfortable and exactly as described in the listing, with photos that are fairly accurate. It is extremely well equipped for hosting a large family. The kitchen is a highlight, featuring modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home.
The location in Kissimmee is acceptable, but the surrounding neighborhood is not the nicest. While we never felt unsafe or had any problems, the nearby budget hotel and general area do not give the best first impression.
One thing to note is that there is a step in the middle of the living room, so the house is not fully accessible for people with mobility limitations.
Overall, the property delivers exactly what it promises, and we left with nothing to complain about.”

The host was amazing, friendly and responded quickly to any communication I sent. After going through the hurricane a few days prior this home was exactly what we needed for our girls weekend. “Florida Homeshares was a delightful host and their home looked exactly like the pictures. The home was spacious and beautifully decorated. The home was located in a nice neighbourhood and away from lots of people, but close enough to plenty of stores and restaurants. There was plenty to do at home with the cinema room, outdoor activities, as well as board games. Each room was equipped with TVs and comfortable beds with easy to use remotes for the fans and lights. The decorations made the home feel extremely luxurious and well worth the price point. The kitchen was massive and had all of the basics; plates, bowls, seasonings, etc. The hosts were courteous and left snacks, a bottle of wine, and swan towels for our arrival. The backyard area felt cozy and the BBQ and firepit were heavily enjoyed. The entire home felt spacious and rich in decor. The hosts communicated frequently and were always making sure we were doing ok.
Overall, we had a fantastic time and would love to come back.”

“The house is huge and have all that you can possibly need! The king beds are comfortable and cozy, and they give different types of pillows that you can choose from, we had good nights of rest there.
The kitchen is very complete as well (seasoning, salt, sugar, pans, pots, dishes, literally all that you need)
The living room gave us great family moments watching our favorite movies on a huge TV.
The description matches perfectly all they offer, the photos presented well the house and surroundings is nearby restaurants, outlets and the disney theme parks.
