  • No Smoking or Vaping
  • Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the house and in all outdoor areas, including entrances, garage, lanai, and pool area. Cigarettes, vaping cartridges, or other smoking materials must be disposed of properly in the designated brown outdoor trash can. Do not dispose of smoking materials in indoor trash bins.
  • No Parties or Gatherings
  • Parties, social events, or gatherings of any kind are prohibited. The primary renter is financially responsible for all damages or losses resulting from unauthorized events.
  • Pets
  • a. Guests may bring pets only with prior written approval from the owner.
  • b. Guests must clean up after pets and dispose of waste in the brown outdoor trash can using provided plastic bags.
  • c. Pets are not permitted on furniture or in the pool under any circumstances.
  • d. Any pet-related cleaning or damages will result in additional fees, charged at the owner’s discretion.
  • Doors & Windows
  • All doors and windows must remain closed when not in use to prevent temperature fluctuations and pest intrusion. The property is equipped with an alert system notifying the owner if doors or windows are left open for extended periods.
  • Inventory & Damages
  • Inventory is documented before and after each stay. Guests are financially responsible for any missing items at replacement cost. Guests must immediately notify the owner of any accidental damages; we understand accidents happen.
  • Garage Use
  • The garage is reserved for laundry use only. Parking or storage of personal belongings in the garage is prohibited.
  • Check-Out Requirements
  • a. Guests must start a load of linens (sheets and towels) using the provided laundry tabs before departure.
  • b. Guests must follow any additional check-out instructions provided by the owner.
  • Quiet Hours
  • Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to respect neighbors and the community.
  • TV & Streaming Services
  • a. Guests are responsible for any charges associated with TV or movie rentals during their stay, plus a $50 service fee.
  • b. Each TV is equipped with streaming devices and preloaded channels. Downloading new apps or making purchases is prohibited.

“We had an absolutely fabulous day! We walked into a very clean and fresh home, and we’re surprised with a basket of goodies upon entering! The fridge was stocked with water bottles for our convenience which was such a thoughtful idea as we forgot to bring water in the first place!!! The pool is warm, which is a huge plus even down here in Florida lol! The house was incredibly well stocked with anything that you might need! Very clean and spacious Home 🏠 we enjoyed it very much! Would come back here again definitely a pleasant stay!!!”

“Lovely home, well set up and prepped for guests. You will need to provide additional and duplicative id information for you and any guests when making the reservation. Your AirBnB account information is apparently insufficient. We prefer to stay in FL for all of April, and we would have stayed longer but the owners limit how long they allow guests to stay at this location. Nice while it lasted!”
