““We had an incredible stay at this condo and would absolutely book again! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable beach getaway. The location was perfect — just steps from the beach with amazing views and easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was clean and the balcony was our favorite spot for morning coffee and sunset views. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in super easy. This condo truly felt like a home away from home, and it made our vacation even more memorable. Highly recommend!””
“We had a great stay at this condo. Everything was lovely. The view was amazing and it's really nice to be able to walk to Flagler Avenue out for dinner. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals. LoriAnne is excellent at providing any information we needed and kept the communication flowing on check-in and checkout days. “Its hard for me to say. Living so close I would love to stay here again. We split the cost amongst three of us.. Then again I have nothing to compare it to. The condo was immaculately clean. The amenities were great. The view was amazing. The location is perfect. The host alone deserve 6 stars.”
“Out of all of the BnB’s we’ve stayed in, she was by far the most helpful and will answer you immediately. The condo was spotless and has a breathtaking view. It was hard to leave such a beautiful place. She suggested places to go shop, eat, she was over the top helpful. We will definitely be staying at her condo again.”

“The condo is in a great location with beautiful views. It was nicely furnished and had a very well- equipped kitchen plus lots of extra items for enjoying beach time. The host was very accessible, providing good instructions for check in and check out. She even informed us of a night launch during our stay and we enjoyed a spectacular view from the balcony. The helpful tips and communication from the host added to the enjoyment during our stay. We are already planning a return trip.”
“Lori was a gracious host. So easy to communicate with which is great for me. There was even a slight issue with some construction going on that nobody was aware of, but she was very accommodating in handing this issue.
We will for sure return to this property. The views are spectacular.”

Lori Anne is very quick with her responses. She provided so much information about the town, local restaurants, grocery store, and shops. “Fantastic condo. Most condos in New Smyrna are kinda beachfront but you’re looking sideways at other condos- this is TRUE top floor 8th floor beachfront where you feel like you’re on top of the water. Fantastic.”
“Our stay here was fantastic! The condo was cute, child (3&6) friendly for our family. I was worried about the balcony doors and the front door locks but the doors were heavy and a struggle for even me to open. Kitchen was very functional and the refrigerator was a great size for our groceries. Bathroom layout was a little weird, but worked out for our family. Surrounding area was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.”

Lori Anne was an excellent host, very communicative, and knowledgeable of activities and good restaurants in the area. Our family met up with lifelong friends and their families who stayed in other units at the Oceania Plaza. I have to say, this unit is by far the best. Great views, updated furnishings, and everything you need for a great vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards , and beach towels. We will definitely be back !”

“We had a wonderful week at the condo! We met another family that rented this condo for a month each summer in past years and shared their good memories with us. Corner unit, we could not only see the sunrise every morning, but Flagler Avenue, too! So much fun to sit on the patio. Our group included 2 active college kids and my 80 year old Mother. Both wanted different things, both had a great time. We would definitely return. Easiest check in, too!”

The condo is a perfect spot, close to all the great restaurants and shops. The beds were very comfortable and the space has a gorgeous beach view! The place was equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms, plus some beach accessories as well.

“This condo is beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures show. The view of the beach was amazing. I would have to say Lori is the best Air BnB host we’ve stayed with. She communicated very well and even brought up beach towels for everyone. She made sure the condo was set with plenty of towels, wash clothes, toilet paper, paper towels and cleaning supplies. The kitchen set up was the best I’ve seen with every cooking utensil you could think of. She also made sure there were beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach.”
