“This was our second time renting this unit at Point East. We love the location because you can’t drive on this section of the beach and the fact that it’s a ground floor unit makes it more desirable. The pool and pavilion are great (we have several friends here at the same time and we enjoy using the pavilion for college football game days). Lori is very kind and helpful and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The condo is well stocked. I travel a lot and I can be a little particular, but I do believe the condo could be a little cleaner. Just a few things, like some things needed to be dusted better, there was dog hair on the sofa (I guess from the owner stopping by with their dog to work on the condo - not a big deal, but enough to make me ask about it). Overall, I would recommend the unit and I will probably rent it again because of the location and ground floor.”

Lori Anne sent us updates about things going on in the area, and checked on us after an emergency happened on the beach. She was very responsive with our questions and gave very clear check-in instructions.
We loved being on the first floor, and are used to long walkovers to get to the sand. Beach and pool access were super easy.

“Location, location, location. I grew up coming to NSB, my parents live in NSB, so I can confidently say that this is a great spot. The no drive part of the beach is so nice and staying in a ground floor unit is a game changer. Our teen and preteens enjoyed being able to walk back and forth from the condo, to the pool, to the beach, and to Izzy’s (taco & ice cream spot). The complex itself is so family friendly, the pool and deck area is very nice, and the access to the beach couldn’t be any easier. We even got up a couple mornings for sunrise! The condo is exactly as shown in photos, it was clean upon arrival, there were a couple little things here and there that could use some improvement, but nothing that would cause me not to return. We had a wonderful 4 day weekend and can’t wait to come back.”
“Thank you Lori Anne for a wonderful vacation. The unit was in a perfect location. Sitting on the porch facing the pool, kiddie pool & pavilion was fabulous. Watching the sunrise on the beach from the master bedroom French door was a bonus too. I didn’t think a ground floor unit facing the pool would have that nice perk. ☀️ The big comfy leather couch gave us great much needed family time. We will be back next year. 👍🏼”
