It’s a small house, but it was ample and comfortable for our small group.
Jaime was friendly, proactive and responsive. Although we didn’t meet her in person, she seems down to earth and really nice.

“Jaime’s place was perfect for our quick trip to Pensacola. Also, the place was toddler friendly which is sometimes hard to come across. She was very proactive in reaching out prior to our arrival, checked on us to make sure we found everything and didn’t need anything, along with sending the check out instructions prior to departure. The location was quiet and the house was nicely decorated. The front bedroom has a super comfy bed as mentioned in the other reviews. A variety of coffee options, cheez its (which our son loved), and kitchen utensils so that we could go to Joe Patti’s and grab fresh seafood to cook for dinner. If you’re considering Jaime’s place for a get away to Pensacola it’s the perfect location as the beach is about 15 minutes across the bridge. Thanks Jaime for letting us enjoy your beautiful home!”

The location was ideal, with easy access to both downtown Pensacola and Pensacola Beach, making it convenient to explore everything the area has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet, and the neighbors were friendly, which made the stay feel even more welcoming.
Jaime was an excellent host and was always communicative and responsive whenever we had questions. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches, including the snacks and coffee she left for us. Those little extras made us feel right at home.

The other was on the softer side, but that depends on what you prefer. We would definitely stay here again.”
“This was our first trip to beach as a family. We really enjoyed the cottage, from its location, to the neighborhood, to the easiness to get into and out of. It was nice to stay in a home instead of the super crowded touristy areas. Jaime was always super responsive whether it was a question about the neighborhood or recommendations for the beach and restaurants. “This place was absolutely amazing! It was so clean that I took my shoes off as soon as I walked in the door (I never do that outside of my own home!) The home was so beautiful, the perfect mix of original vintage charm and modern amenities. Jaime clearly put so much thought and care into every little detail. She went above and beyond leaving us snacks, coffee, laundry detergent, and every self care item you could possibly need. The area is very nice, super walkable, so many restaurants and shops nearby, but is tucked perfectly into a beautiful quiet neighborhood with kind neighbors (not to mention a pet tortoise next door which my toddler loved!) Jamie was very responsive and kind. Within an hour after checking in we were already discussing re-booking here the next time we come to Pensacola and how much we regretted not booking longer for this particular stay. We felt right at home at Jamie’s cozy Airbnb and truly cannot recommend it highly enough.”

“This was the sweetest little cottage, perfect for our Girls' Weekend. The beds were very comfortable, linens were quality, furnishings and decor were super cute and cozy. The neighborhood was quiet with big, beautiful oak trees, close to downtown, and an easy drive to restaurants and all the Pensacola happenings. “The cottage was incredibly lovely! Jamie had games and a puzzle that we enjoyed! The snacks that Jamie left was so kind and thoughtful! There were so many parks and playgrounds around the house! I think we counted 6 within 5 minutes of the cottage. The East Hill community was so peaceful and we enjoyed taking a walk to enjoy the architecture of the neighborhood.
Khon’s downtown had incredible sushi and ramen. The Bodacious bookstore & cafe in downtown was precious. Our 2 year old quickly made friends with others playing and we spent an afternoon sipping coffee and browsing books.
Closer to the cottage, the Burrow was a fun spot for happy hour and appetizers. Their Beirgarten was a great spot for those with dogs!

The cottage itself is in a historic neighborhood and Jaime has successfully kept her home true to the architecture and interior of its original time period with elegant modern touches.
The cottage was also spotless, fresh, and inviting.

“We had an amazing stay! Jaime was incredibly easy to communicate with and always quick to respond, which made everything so smooth. My best friend and I both work in the medical field, so safety was a big priority for us. We really appreciated the security system—it gave us peace of mind, especially since we were visiting from out of state. It was also great to see a well-stocked first aid kit! The only small thing missing was a fire extinguisher, which would have been nice to have.
Since Pensacola’s water quality isn’t the best (has 35x the recommended radium in it sourced from EWG), a good water filter in the home would have been a great touch to reduce the need for plastic water bottles. That said, the Airbnb itself was absolutely perfect for us—cozy, well-equipped, and in a beautiful, walkable neighborhood. It was also just a quick drive to downtown, which made exploring super convenient.
We loved our stay and will absolutely be booking again for our next visit!”

“The cutest vintage cottage on the best street in the nicest neighborhood. From the 300 year old oaks to the magical garden next door, to the refined understated decor—we were completely enchanted. The location is close enough to walk downtown which we did several times and found wonderful eateries along the way.
Veo is electric scooter rental and available in many locations near—but they are expensive so if you enjoy casual pedaling, I recommend renting regular bikes for your stay and enjoying the easy biking and lovely sights around Pensacola. If you want to beach it, rent a car for one day and drive to Perdido Key, you will not regret that trip and you’ll avoid over crowded Pensacola Beach.”
