“Our host Tina was beyond amazing. I was unable to travel with my husband and son to the base all world series and Ms. Tina was so friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating when she engaged with my boys.
I knew they were well taken care of and her communication with my husband upon arrival through the end of their stay was truly appreciated. Her rate and home were well beyond expectation and if we ever needed to return to Pensacola and her home was available, she'd be our first choice.
The location was more than we could have asked for being centrally located to all amenities and the facilities that we were visiting.”
“This spot was the perfect little cottage for us on our vacation. The space had plenty of room. It was very clean and had anything we could need. The host is super accommodating and communicative, and we were able to check-in a little earlier than the listed time. She even was sweet and left my kids and I some chocolates upon checking in.
I’d definitely recommend this location when visiting Pensacola. The beaches are about 25 min away but it’s nice because you’re away from the congestion of all of the traffic closer to the beach.
All in all a wonderful stay, and if I go to Pensacola again I will hope to stay there again! Thank you Tina!”

It was very easy to check in and out, it felt as if I was in my own home and there was a few kitchen supplies that were left from others that stayed as well as board games!! My partner and I enjoyed the stay and had a great time with no issues and no interruptions whatsoever! It was super comfortable and the host even has some adorable dogs! There’s even a gas station nearby that is walkable which was very convenient considering how I need water to drink and maybe a snack.”

Host blames issues on contractor and she doesn't have the means to make proper repairs. Said guests like us are the reason hosts leave Airbnb. Host was not honest about condition of property. Very sad situation.”
“We stayed here while renovating our bathroom and ended up having to extend our stay two nights. Tina responded to the request immediately, as she did with all other questions/messages. The home was so thoughtfully decorated and we felt at home immediately! We did not bring our dog, but the place is perfectly suited to pets - clean quilts over every living room seat. It was the cleanest bnb I have ever stayed at - I dropped something sticky on the bathroom floor and there wasn't a SPECK of dirt on the adhesive. It was so thoughtfully stocked, and we had access to everything we needed. You're close to the interstate but it's still very quiet in a residential area. The entrance may be difficult for people with mobility concerns due to a few stairs. We loved our stay at Tina's and strongly recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Pensacola!”

“This was our third stay at Tina's Sunflower Inn. It is clean and roomy. The apartment has a full-sized kitchen (stocked with cooking basics and with items such as oil, salt and pepper, condiments, etc.), a large fridge, and a large bedroom and bath. So many AirBnBs are tiny converted garages, but Tina's is a former apartment, so is comfortable to move around in. The location is in a safe neighborhood, no neighbor noise issues, and close to I-110 so you can get to the beaches in no time! We hope to return to Tina's in the future.”

“We had a friend over and I got texted on airbnb and host called my personal phone number asking who they were and why they were there and how long they were staying. She rudely rebuked him for parking in the driveway, and said he should’ve known to park in the guest parking, but the sign was so worn out you couldn’t even read it. We also had someone bring us food and she questioned him about why he was there. it made him very uncomfortable. There was also notes everywhere telling you what to do.”

“This was a repeat stay for us at Tina's. The space is clean and well-equipped and has central air conditioning/heat pump, so we neither sweated during our July visit nor froze in January. Since we prepare many of our own meals, we loved the large kitchen and full sized fridge/freezer. Bed was comfy but a little close to the floor for older backs. The suite is located in a good neighborhood, perfect for an evening stroll. We hope to return to the Sunflower suite again, as we visit Pensacola regularly. Thank you, Tina!”

“We enjoyed our stay and communication with Tina was the best we’ve experienced at an Airbnb rental! The central air was not working but a window air conditioner and a couple well placed fans kept us cool, just a little noisier. The unit is comfortable and cozy and supplied with pretty much everything we needed. Anyone with any kind of disability and at risk for falls, like me, should be wary of the guest parking area which has tree roots and uneven ground. Also, the steppingstone walkway I found challenging as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if the outdoor risks were addressed.”

Our only problem was that the whole house A/C was out, and so in order to get the room cold in the temperature we liked it, we had to close the bedroom door so that the in-window unit would cool the bedroom off. However, this resulted in the main living room area getting quite warm. Although, we were out doing things quite often, it wasn’t as big of a deal to us. However, the bedroom got to our desired temperature to sleep in, so there was no concerns there. Overall, we had a great experience, and would return to her Airbnb! Thank you again Tina!”
