“We can’t wait to go back. Comfortable, inviting, fun and relaxing all at the same time. Master room has privacy from the other two. Great AC. Full kitchen & bathroom amenities and beach towels/toys. Ceiling fans were always a plus and I love the one they have in the bunk room because it is safer when you have a child on the top bunk. The pool is screened in and the yard is safely gated. Plenty of moving space and sitting space and gathering space. Both porches were lovely. We were so close to the beach and loved the north end of Sebastian Inlet. Plenty of places to stop for groceries. The host gave stellar recommendations to paradise ice cream and they did not disappoint. We were so grateful that they were flexible with us for an early check-in and it worked out with the dates that we booked, that essentially gave us an entire extra day of experience and allowed us to travel with coolers full of food to stock the fridge. Exceptional. Clear expectations.”

“Overall the place was nice for the value. we did have some plumbing issues with hall toilet but a maintenance man came quickly to fix. Still some sinks didnt drain properly. “This was our very first Airbnb stay, and we were very happy with our choice! We looked at several other options in the area at both higher and lower price points. This one fit our needs/wants the most. The house has a lovely, Beachy decor and color scheme. We checked in with no issues. This house has pretty much everything you would need: many dishes and appliances in the kitchen, beach towels, pool floats, bikes, so many things. There wasn’t an air fryer (but we brought ours because we love it) or any flat baking pans/sheets but we made do with the many other options that were available. We had a busy stay. We spent 3 days at Golden Sands Beach, drove to Legoland 1 day, and drove to Hutchinson Island Beach to collect shells. We loved having a nice house to come home to at the end of a busy day. We only used the pool a couple of times (for 20 minutes or less each time, my son found it too cold for his liking). We may have used it more if there was more outdoor pool lighting. It’s quite dark out there at night. We didn’t find any lights previously mentioned in other reviews. We chose this house because of the fact the pool is covered. We ate at the Sebastian Train Depot on our last evening. The house has tons of space for your family and your belongings. Being able to use the garage was nice. We typically go and stay at Disney. This was a change and something that was new for all of us as none of us have been to this area before, and it was my sons first time to the beach. We had a great stay! If we ever come back to this area, we would definitely want to stay here again!”

We loved all the screened in areas to sit outside, no bugs! As someone else said the master is not by the “kids” room so that may not work for some families. Our kids loved the bunk bed and pool. The unit could use some minor updates but all in all it’s a nice place.”

“Great location in a quiet neighborhood. With that being said quiet time starts at 9 pm. My Family when on vacation likes to play games, swim, and party so it was hard to have to move inside by 9 when we wanted to be outside but we made it work. We ate at 2 great places. Squidlips and Crab Stop. Grocery store and Walgreens is just a few blocks away. Melissa and Craig were amazing. Anything I needed to know or asked about was attended to immediately. We had 4 days of Wedding plans so we did not get to explore Sebastian as we would have liked. You will not be disappointed if you rent this home!!”

“Our family of 3 had a very enjoyable time on our vacation! The location was as described and it was a great neighborhood for biking around at night (which was easy with the provided bikes). The drive to the beach was about 20 minutes for us, but you could be at the closest beach in about 15 minutes. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the different settings on the pool lights - strobe, different colors, etc. I am a bit of a neat freak, so there were a few things I'd address (such as the chair cushions in the kitchen and the pool patio area needing a cleaning) but overall the house was in the condition I expected. The house was missing a few of the items that were listed in the description (such as beach umbrellas, boogie boards, etc) but the owner and property manager were extremely responsive and went out of their way to address any concerns or issues in a timely way. The house had plenty of bath towels and beach towels provided as well as laundry detergent. We also liked that there was a garage door opener provided so we could park in the garage. Overall we were very pleased!”
“Check in/out exactly as mentioned. Simple! The location is excellent. Close to shopping centers and the beach. The house accommodated our party of six and felt very roomy. It is equipped with everything you may need for cooking, also had extra towels, sheets, pillows etc. Beds were comfy, pool was clean and the neighborhood is quiet. Some things to note.. Only two tv’s, one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. This may work for some but in the evenings, winding down everyone wanted to watch something different. Thank goodness we brought devices. The house could use a little TLC and a deep cleaning. Moldy floors and seat cushions around the pool area and dusty/dirty ceiling fans and corners in the house kind of grossed me out. I am also a clean freak so for others it may not be a big deal. Overall our stay was enjoyable and we had a great time .”

The house is about 15 minutes away from Wabasso Beach Park. It was a quick drive so we could go both in the morning and again late in the day. The house is about 1 hour 45 minutes from Disney which was doable for a day trip.
Inside the house we had everything that we needed! There are lots of bath towels and beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked with tons of dishes and glasses, and both Keurig and drip coffee pots. All of the bedrooms were so cozy and inviting. Our daughter loved the bunk bed.
Outside, we loved the pool! Our daughter swam every day unless there was thunder. There were some pool toys available, but we preferred to use our own snorkel and dive toys. There were a couple pool noodles and kick boards. We brought our own floats and air pump. It was great to swim and grill out! The patio was great for card games.
There are a couple of adult sized bikes and helmets available. We did not use these. While there were a couple beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella, we preferred to use our own.
The neighborhood is cute and quiet. We enjoyed watching the wild peacocks, and early morning runs around the 2 mile circle.”

Pool is a good temp any time of day/night! Watch the back yard for an armadillo! :) We really enjoyed this place! This isn't related to the house but I wanted to share for fellow beach goers.... When we were here, the beach closest to the house had a smell to it and LOTS of tiny broken shells to walk over. The next day we drove to Vero Beach area and had a much better experience.”

“Great little house, loved how simple and white everything was. Pool was a good size. Water pressure in showers was amazing. Dishwasher worked great. Loved have a washer and dryer to use. Lots of room for my 4 young kids to run and play all day. House didn’t feel brand new but it was still very nice and in a very quiet neighborhood. I didn’t want to leave, and would come back in a heartbeat. We ate at Taco Mobile (5 mins away) two times and it was so delicious. Owner and property manager are both very quick to respond to questions.”

The beach was just a short drive and the beaches were not packed at all! Our favorite was the Sebastian inlet because of all the surfing that was going on. There was a blue hole at the end of the street that we were able to ride the bikes to(that were provided) and let the kids adventure. It was the perfect size for our large family and to be able to bring our dogs was a true blessing. Staying here felt like being in a resort.
