  • We love welcoming your furry family members! Our fully fenced yard is perfect for pets to roam and play safely.
  • Maximum of 2 pets per booking (please reach out if you’d like to request an exception).
  • A $200 pet fee per booking helps cover the extra cleaning needed to remove pet hair.
  • We kindly ask that you pick up after your pets and ensure they are well-mannered and do not go on furniture so everyone can enjoy their stay.

  • Registered guests only: Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate removal of all guests without refund.
  • No eating in bedrooms or leaving food out that could attract ants/bugs.
  • Furniture: Indoor furniture may not be rearranged. Guests are expected to treat all furniture, fixtures, décor, mattresses, and Tvs and any other property with care and use items as intended. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear — including but not limited to stains, burns, breakage, excessive wear, misuse, or missing items — is the responsibility of the booking guest. Guests agree to be financially responsible for the repair or full replacement of any damaged or missing items to restore the property to its original condition. Do not rearrange any furniture. Please report any accidental damage promptly so it can be addressed appropriately.
  • No smoking inside the home. A $250 penalty will apply if there is any evidence or odor of indoor smoking.
  • Garbage: Please dispose of food waste in designated trash areas. Garbage Bins located outside, all garbage must go in the bins and trash taken out Tuesday and Thursdays.
  • Kitchen & household items: All items are inventoried. Removal of items from the property will result in additional charges. Guests are responsible for daily dish cleanup.
  • Noise: Please be respectful of neighbors. Backyard noise must be kept to a minimum. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Any disturbance requiring police involvement will result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
  • Towels & linens: Please use respectfully. Use black wash cloths provided for make-up removal do not use linens for pool cleanup, or outdoor use unless designated. Any excessive staining, damage, or missing items beyond normal wear and tear will be the guest’s responsibility to replace, and replacement costs may be charged accordingly.
  • Cleaning: Basic cleaning supplies are provided. Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the property requires cleaning beyond the standard turnover.
  • Children: Children must NEVER be left unattended, especially outdoors or near the pool.
  • Air conditioning: Please keep the air conditioning at 75°F.
  • Parking: Please Park in the driveway and not the grass.
  • Sprinklers go off every night and could potentially have a smell due to the well water.
  • Guest verification: Guests must complete the required JotForm with pool waivers prior to entering the home and pool. Also you will need to provide a government-issued ID immediately after booking.
  • POOL SAFETY & LIABILITY ACKNOWLEDGMENT – VERY IMPORTANT
  • This property has a swimming pool.
  • There is NO fence or barrier around the pool.
  • Guests use the pool at their own risk.
  • No lifeguard is on duty at any time.
