This charming, private guesthouse was just upgraded in November 2025 and is located only 6 blocks north of the fun and trendy Central Avenue. Its a perfect walking distance to Saint Petersburg's most incredible art and food scene or quick bike ride to the vibrant Saint Pete Pier, the Dali Museum and Tropicana Stadium. Dogs are well-loved at this property - with bowls, leashes, and waste bags provided - along with your own private fenced in yard. The space Full of brick streets, retro charm and a thriving arts scene, Historic Kenwood is one of the top spots for visitors. Six blocks north of the Grand Central District - the guest house is walking distance to amazing restaurants, bars, coffee shops, yoga studios, art galleries, and SO much more. Who needs a boring grocery store when you have the local Kenwood Farmer’s Market across the street? But if you can’t find what you need there - Publix, Wal-Mart, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and a ton of other retail shops are just a 5-min drive away. Only 20 minutes to some of the best beaches in the country. Other local spots include: ✦ the famous Saint Pete Pier ✦ the funky Dali Museum ✦ Jannus Live! ✦ the Chihuly glass museum ✦ the Floridian Social ✦ the Tropicana stadium (with the world-famous Ferg’s Sports Bar right next door) ✦ and SO much more! The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots and pans, and everything you need for cooking. It includes a seating area perfect for morning coffee and planning the day’s outings. The bedroom with queen sized bed and plenty of pillows, has luxurious linens, a large closet, dresser and full length mirror. There is a lovely, private yard- perfect for that afternoon iced tea or evening cocktail. An outdoor seating area and grill in the garden are available for use. Guest access You'll have access to the entire cottage and private, fenced in yard. We live on the property in a separate house with a completely different entrance. We had an outstanding experience staying here! From the moment we arrived, everything was top-notch. The check-in process was smooth and seamless. Communication was fantastic – Cassandra and Korey were both quick to respond to any questions and provided great local recommendations.
The guesthouse itself was spotless and exactly as described. The home was thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfy queen-sized bed. We really appreciated the little touches, like the coffee bar, BBQ grill, washer and dryer, and private fenced-in yard.
The location is unbeatable – just a short walk to Central Avenue. We were also just a quick drive to the Saint Pete Pier – which made for a fun afternoon.
Overall, the value was incredible for the price, especially given how convenient the location is and the quality of the space. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to enjoy St. Pete! Highly recommend!”
