“Easy to Love — but so Noisy!
Pay attention to the noise warnings if you plan to sleep before 3AM.
This spot is so cute and it was so clean. I loved the full kitchen and everything worked well except the coffee maker, which was the most important thing. Just message the host if you have a problem like I did and they promise to correct immediately. This place is in a great & safe apartment building. Cool people and lots of good space for working or socializing. There’s a pool but no gym. There’s a rooftop if you need fresh air without going down. Inside the suite, there’s a closet but it doubles as a utility closet so if you need lots of hangers or need a dresser, you won’t find it here. Just ask. You’ll find lots of extra towels, plenty of supplies and a sweet washer/dryer so you don’t have to take your clothes home dirty. You’ll also find NOISE. This place backs up to the Ybor night clubs and you’ll feel like there’s a club with mega bass in your suite on weekend nights.

The host responded in under 5 minutes every time I messaged and gave me access to a keyless entry app which was very convenient.
The only thing to note is that it is right next to a night club, so unless you’re in the club you will be hearing music that makes the building shake until 2:30am.”

That said, there were a couple of issues worth noting for future guests and the host. The nighttime noise level was much higher than expected and wasn’t mentioned in the listing. It made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep, especially on a weekend night. Additionally, we noticed stains on both the bedding and the bathroom linens, which took away from an otherwise clean and comfortable space.
With a bit more transparency about the noise and attention to detail with linens, this would be an excellent place to stay.”

“It’s a very clean space that’s stocked well with the basics. If you’re not staying in Ybor to party I do suggest bringing noise cancelling headphones if you’ll be staying over a weekend when the night clubs are active. The hosts were great and very responsive when I needed to reach them!”
“My family and I stayed on a Thursday and Friday night in March and had a lovely stay. The neighhood is very lively and people living in the same block and apartments that we met were nice and easy going. There is also a roof top terrance with seating and tables, which was handy and has a nice view of the neighborhood and Tampa.
My two year old daughter enjoyed the friendly cocks and chickens living around the neighborhood too.
The studio had everything you needed, and bathroom was bigger than we expected. The location was a sweet spot.”

“We enjoyed our night in Ybor and loved the modern amenities of this location. We appreciated the nice bed, the modern apartment, the great lobby. However, our unit 522 (I believe), is across the alley from the Prahna dance club. You would think that a modern building unattached from a nightclub would be free from the constant thumping, but it went until 2am. We literally pulled our mattress away from the outside wall and slept on the kitchen floor to withstand some noise (with earplugs) and it still wasn’t enough. I wish we would have known this as we needed sleep for an early departure. There were also young drunk men who banged on all of the hallway doors after bar close.
This is however in a great location and if you want a party scene, choose it. The accommodations are great, just not for us. We appreciated the hosts communication, the security of the building, and the price was of good value for the area.”

The location is within walking distance to local restaurants and shops in ybor city, which was nice to explore without having a car. The host was very responsive and even let us check in early.
