No smoking or vaping inside the house. Quiet hours: 10 PM to 8 AM. 🐾 Pets Well-behaved dogs only (2 max, must be pre-approved - listed on reservation ). Please clean up after your pet indoors & outdoors. No pets on beds or furniture unless covered with your own blanket. Do not leave pets unattended unless crated. 🏊♂️ Pool & Hot Tub Use at your own risk – no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving, jumping , glass, or rough play in/around pool or hot tub. Please shower before using the hot tub. Hot Tub Instructions The jets run on a timer, so they will automatically turn off after a set period. If they shut off while you are still using the hot tub, simply press the button once to restart. Please note: there is about a 1-minute delay before the jets come back on. Avoid pressing the button multiple times—if pressed twice quickly, it will actually turn the system 1 push on /and 2 push- off. Hot tub heating is added charge - if you choose to subscribe 36-per night . Its propane - heats fast but uses up about 4 gallons per hour of propane. Please shower before using the hot tub. 💧 Outdoor Area Please dry off before entering the house. Dry out pool towels outoutdoor lounge area . Clean up food, drink spills, and pet waste to keep the area fresh. 💡 Just a Few More Check-out instructions will be sent before your departure. Report any damages immediately—accidents happen! like home. The beds were very comfortable and the Hot Tub was much needed! Ingrid was quick to respond with any questions i had and more than accommodating on such short notice. My Dad said, “I would live in this house right now.”

Huge kitchen island was perfect set up for our family bbq buffet line--and so many seating options inside or out. The super comfy beds, lounge chairs, and inviting pool helped us achieve our weekend R&R objectives. So grateful to have a host that allows dogs--couldn't imagine leaving my 14 y.o. fur baby out. There are no sidewalks in this neighborhood but there are several small local parks nearby for shaded walks. This home is highly recommended and we look forward to coming back again soon!”
