The pool and hot tub are amazing - worked really well, and the fountain helped create a lovely atmosphere for sitting outside and enjoying the sun. House has a beautiful kitchen, master bath and the pool setting is perfectly designed to make it feel like a mini resort.
Not far from the house is the Jackie Robinson complex property. Excellent walking track to take doggies and enjoy sunrises.
If you love watching Starlink rocket launches this area has an excellent viewpoint to look north towards Cape Canaveral (50 miles north).
We were very fortunate to watch an early morning launch with clear skies. This is an experience everyone needs to see once in a lifetime.”

“What a fun place! After five days of Memorial Day madness in South Beach, Miami, Vero Beach is just far enough away to feel completely relaxed. Lots of kitschy shops (and major chain stores too). We took Val’s advice on pastries and other things and returned to the house to enjoy.
We spent hours in the kitchen and the backyard- the screened pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us. Both were immaculate and absolutely perfect for enjoying ourselves outside, bug-free in the evenings.
We had a few questions and Val answered them promptly.
Everything inside the house was just as pristine as the backyard, we needed nothing. Did we mention that the decor throughout made it feel like we were right on the beach… except that it was exceptionally private and no sand in our…everything.
This property is five stars for us, really enjoyed our time there!”
“Stayed with my family ranging from teens to 80s and all of us loved the house. My teens have requested we stay here again next time. Peaceful, quiet backyard oasis with a perfect temp pool and resort feel. Plenty of amenities and the thoughtful basics that make the stay feel so easy and effortless. Supplied toiletries, all the stuff to do laundry, and everything we needed to use to make a feast and grill. The bath tub was the best for a little mom time at the end of busy days. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave clear directions and good recommendations on things to do in the area.”

“My boys and I stayed five nights- it was like a mini-paradise. Upon entering the home, we were struck by the cleanliness and organization. So many thoughtful touches- the kitchen was well stocked and there were pool toys and supplies for the beach. The pool, hot tub and outdoor area was sparkling. I appreciated how central the home is to stores, restaurants -while also being in a chill neighborhood. We slept great at night. Val was the most responsive host I’ve ever encountered- ready with lots of recommendations. We were so sad to leave at the end of our stay and hope to return one day.”

It is evident that they take great pride in this property. It is very well maintained, extremely clean and nicely decorated, with lovely exterior landscaping. The lanai with the pool and hot tub (both very clean!) is a treat and the exterior lighting in the evening is fun. There is everything you could possibly need or want within this Airbnb. The neighborhood is fantastic. It’s quiet, safe and walkable, with friendly neighbors, and the other houses in the neighborhood are also well maintained and attractive. I enjoyed walking my dog all around the area. We were greeted by Ingrid the day we arrived. We experienced no issues at all while in residence. This is a great property. Don’t hesitate to book it. “Came here with family for a a beach vacation! We talked mostly with Ingrid, and she was quick to respond to any questions we had! Everything was very clean, and the house and bedding did not have a lot of scents (which I am allergic to). The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with utensils, and we were able to cook meals comfortably. The location is convenient to drive around Vero beach area. The pool and hot tub were clean and amazing. Already thinking about when we can come back for another visit!”

“Let me say, I have stayed in 100's of airbnb's for business and pleasure over the years. This was my 2nd business visit to Val's place and it did not disappoint. This is by far the most pristine place, perfect in every way. Spotless and clear of any clutter. The photo's are exactly what you get. My favorite was a dip in the pool after being on the golf course all day and then later the Jacuzzi tub for some relaxation. For the next 6 months this will be my place on my visits”

The home seems like a new build and is beautifully decorated in a clean, beachy style that’s perfect for a rental—no clutter or overly personal items, just a very comfortable and well-appointed space. The kitchen was amazing, and we had everything we needed. They even had Keureg coffees stocked.
The pool was a huge hit for us! The onnnnly small hang-up was the listing’s mention of both a pool AND hot tub. We learned after booking that the hot tub requires an added daily fee to be heated. That detail wasn’t clearly stated in the listing (only said if you wanted to heat it beyond its “set temp.”) When comparing rental options, it would’ve helped us make a more informed decision. Evenings relaxing and soothing sore muscles was something we’d looked forward to, but the extra cost made it less appealing in the end.
We still had a GREAT stay and would absolutely recommend this property—just keep in mind the hot tub isn’t included in the base price.”
