The guest suite and porch has private entrance, Living Room/Bedroom/Bathroom/kitchenette space. Table and couch setting on the outside porch(completely covered) Other things to note There are 4 steps up to entrance landing and 10 steps down to Lower Level so this rental IS NOT Handicap Accessible Private Parking is right at the Entrance Gates! Park and Stay-you can walk to town. *****Suite is for 2 Adults only - 3+ is not an option. Please understand that this is the lower level of my home. Just recently received 5 Stars but a overall 4 Stars because Guest thought they were getting the whole house so I am spreading this information out loud! DURING THE SUMMER (Daylight hours) THERE ARE TUBERS IN THE RIVER AND LOCAL ENTERTAINERS PLAYING MUSIC ACROSS THE RIVER. "Guests should be aware that the forest/country is home to many creatures great and small. Some of the tiny ones may get into the CLEAN house from time to time. NO REFUNDS will be granted because someone saw a spider, a fly, a wasp, a mouse, a pack rat, snake or bear……need I continue?"

We used the pass to see Anna Ruby falls, hit a few other trails and NoFo brewing, but everything else we walked to. The space was perfectly sized for two. We were glad we opted for a more private space than a larger multi-unit rental.”

“We absolutely loved our stay at The Fulton Chalet! Tracey has thought of everything with helpful instructions and all the small touches that often aren't there in a rental like a fan, night lights, coffee, snacks, kleenex, hangers, a great shower head and the list goes on! Oh, and how can I forget the push sticks she left outside to use for tubing which saved us the cost of buying our own! This place is the perfect size for 2 with plenty of room to stretch out, but the porch was the most fun of all, where tubers pass by all day long! Great location, you can walk everywhere! Tracey checked in on us multiple times from booking until the end of our stay which was nice. We can't wait to come back, highly recommend!”

“Tracey’s place was beautiful, right on the water and as described. The only negative was that we needed to iron some clothes after our flight to Georgia and there was no ironing board available. When I messaged Tracey her solution was for us to use a towel on the table to iron. It worked out ok, I just wish that there had been an iron available as we were in town for a wedding.”

“Omg to say this place wasn’t perfect would be an understatement. Location perfect for walking and far enough away from to many sounds. The water going by that we sat right next to was perfect for sleeping with the door open. So clean everything we needed was there super close to the grocery store. Truly a wonderful place. We are definitely looking forward to our next trip back. This is the absolute most amazing place to stay.”

She also had the cutest Christmas blowup, a deer in a martini glass we had to order one for ourselves to remind us of our time in Helen!”

“Amazing super host in a beautiful setting with awesome ambiance. Very clean and stocked with everything thats listed or needed. Couch pulls out to amazing bed not normal type pull out excellent quality and comfortable bed and sheets as well. Full fridge fantastic washer and dryer that worked well. Snacks waters games and books all included. Highly recommend will come back again! River view at patio overlooking live music at the restaurant across water was great for sitting here vs crowds. Walkable to all Helen Ga activities but watch out for unlevel sidewalks and curbs in town.”

A close walk to all of the attractions in downtown Helen and a quick drive to others. The complimentary Oktoberfest & park passes were such a nice bonus! “When we arrived, Tracey showed us the layout, told us where all the good restaurants were, helped us find everything we needed and gave us lots of insider information. She had the rental stocked with everything and anything we could have needed. Anything not there, she either provided it quickly if she had it or told us where in town we could find it.
This was the most relaxing place I have ever stayed. It was so comfortable that I was tempted to just hang there and not even explore all the other fun things in this little town. So much to do from hiking to waterfalls, sipping wine in the local wineries, ziplining, tubing and much more athletic opportunities, but also great German food as well as other types. It was a true getaway that I will repeat in the near future. And it will definitely be at Tracey's.”

The house itself was wonderful for 2 friends. We sat on the porch at night, after going into town for dinner. It was exactly what we needed for a quiet relaxing get away. We were there 4 nights.
Tracey is a great host. She made sure we had everything we needed, and even included items in the fridge and pantry, like condiments and coffee, which saved on making a trip to the store, or waking up early to go find our morning coffee somewhere.
