I brought my own toiletries but appreciated how Kim provided everything that a hotel normally does. The bed was firm which I found to be extremely comfortable. The loft came furnished with a kitchen island to eat on, fridge, microwave, crockery, and silverware. Highly recommend this location for those traveling in the area.”

“Kim's place was great for our needs. The loft was very clean and had basic amenities. Kim was easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome. The loft is tucked away and requires driving on a dirt road for a short while, but it was not a problem for our sedan. Highly recommend!”
“Our stay in this beautiful studio loft was great. Everything was exactly as described. It was the perfect size for two people. It was small but everything was perfectly thought out so that you had room for everything. We’ve stayed in a lot of studios where there wasn’t room for everything but this one was different, very functional in all aspects. The swivel tv was great, you could watch from living room or bed. We enjoyed having Netflix also. The private deck was beautiful and so peaceful. My only complaint was that the mattress was too stiff for our liking. We like firm but this one was painfully firm.
Also, one thing to remember if you book here is follow the exact directions as given by the host. GPS will NOT get you there. Also, you should know that one mile getting there is a gravel road, nice gravel (no rain while we were there) but still gravel.
We would stay again for sure.”

We enjoyed the deck and enjoying our breakfast each morning. The location was in between two towns about 20 mins away so you could easily drive to restaurants or a grocery store. “From beginning to end, this was a fantastic stay. We arrived at about 1am; the host graciously greeted us, even at that inconvenient hour, to make sure we found the place and got situated well. When we walked into the place, we were welcomed by a refreshing smell of wood. The place was adorably decorated and comfortable with all that one would need for a restful stay. In the morning, we looked out the large windows and were stunned by the beautiful trees all around. My husband sat on the patio for his morning coffee. The place felt remote, yet it was only about a 20 minute drive into the center of Blue Ridge.”

“My husband and I wanted a weekend retreat for the snowy, long holiday weekend. Kim and her husband have created a warm, woody, comfy place to rest, explore and retreat. We were able to feel cloaked in the quiet. Shower was warm and heater/ac worked perfect. The little kitchen had all the essentials. Groceries are 15 mins away, and we went hiking at the Woody Gap/Blood Mountain for some snow magic. It was beautiful and literally everything we needed. The drive there required some attention to directions, Kim was available to help, and we were able to find it easily by reading the directions and dropping a pin on our Maps.”
“This place was such a jewel in the Blueridge Mountains.. Kim and her husband were such wonderful hosts. I booked the place for my daughter and they took care of her like she was one of their own. The place was secluded but still close to everywhere you would want to visit in Blueridge, Blairsville, or Murphy...Kim feeds the deer around 5pm and you can sit and watch the deer graze in the yard. Such a wonderful experiece and the place is beautiful. I feel like my daughter and I have now gained not only a wonderful experience but amazing new friends.
