The house was perfect our big group, we really enjoyed having all the separate living spaces and the big backyard. Being close to the beach was a major plus and just a short drive to restaurants in Harwich and Chatham. Really couldn't have asked for a better spot, hosts were super responsive and helpful as well.

House consist of 2 kitchens 2 living room rooms, 5 bathrooms, 7 bedroom (sleeps 15), backyard, barbecue space and deck. We are a 5 minute drive to the beaches  In each apartment there are 2 first floor bedrooms for those who cannot do the stairs.  Modern high-end kitchen appliances in each apartment The space Five minute drive to the beaches, downtown Chatham and downtown Harwich Port. Large enough for 2 families, group of friends and wedding parties. House has all the amenities you can ask for including outdoor deck, large yard and plenty of parking. Guest access Entire 2 family and back/front yard. Other things to note We’ve lived in this house for three years. It’s a beautiful home built in 1850. The house has been fully remodeled with high-end appliances along with all the amenities you need.

This place was AMAZING! We were two families traveling together--so lots of space was a must for our group. We hit the "space jackpot" when we found this home. This home has two separate living spaces--so each family had their own private space. But we had PLENTY of space to be together at night after being out and about on the Cape. We chose to all have breakfast together in one large kitchen (because it has THAT much space!)--making our time together so much more "cohesive". The house was super clean. Vito was an incredible communicator. We had some questions prior to check in and he was super quick to respond. Everything went smooth when we checked in and we didn't have any questions, but he reached out to us to make sure we were all set. He gave us some restaurant recommendations (DELISH-- thanks Vito!!).
This place had all the comforts of home and is just a few minutes drive to beaches and downtown.
We will definitely be back next year!”
