The house was perfect our big group, we really enjoyed having all the separate living spaces and the big backyard. Being close to the beach was a major plus and just a short drive to restaurants in Harwich and Chatham. Really couldn't have asked for a better spot, hosts were super responsive and helpful as well.

Sleeps 20 comfortably. Great for family/friends vacations. Relax in our hot tub, outdoor shower, patio, and around our fire pit. Walk to Red River Beach and Nantucket Ferry. Launch your boat at Saquatucket Harbor less than a mile from the house The space Great location. Walk to Red River Beach (8 minute walk) Park you trailer and boat at our property, trail and launch your boat at Saquatucket Harbor (1 minute drive). Relax in our hot tub at night! Plenty of room for 20 guests. 14 can sleep in main house and 6 can sleep in the two efficiencies right next door. Guest access Entire house plus two efficiency units next door. All on one property! Other things to note This main house has 1 fully equipped kitchen and 2 efficiency kitchens. 2 kitchens are located on the first floor and one is on the second floor Also, right next door on the same property are two more efficiencies. Both have small kitchens with table and chairs, sofa and televisions. One unit sleeps 2 and the other sleeps 4 guests. These units are listed as “theme room” and “kitchenette” in the photo section.

“This house is affordable, Vito is kind, the house is old and needs some TLC. Corners have been cut. The 5 kitchens don’t out way the second buildings faults. The second building the second bedroom is through the first bedroom, and the single apartment has a heavy mildew smell.
I want to be so kind due to it being affordable but the place is a cape house that has seen better days. It works if you’re in and out quick for a weekend/wedding but bring your own towels and sheets.”

Andrea acknowledged having to "move to a new house" and "had a migraine". Again, if Andrea was unable to make sure our concerns were addressed, why and where was Vito. We had plumbing problems, lack of beach chairs, broken ice maker, gas grill that was dangerous to light. But biggest issue was the skunk family living directly under the hot tub on the deck. Until someone does some needed maintenance and cleaning, I would not recommend this place.”

“We had a fantastic stay! House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed (cookware, towels, linens, coffee pods etc) . The backyard was definitely a highlight for grilling and s'mores. Would definitely stay again!”

“This place was perfect for what we needed. We spent Thanksgiving there- and Vito even made sure we had what we needed to cook a nice meal. The place isn’t fancy, but it’s clean and provided spaces to gather and sleep. The back yard is great. Nice walk to the beach. Vito was responsive and welcoming.”

“Owner commutation was great and description of the place was accurate, but I noticed there were cobwebs on some of the lamp shades and in some corners, one of the beds had sandy sheets (to be fair, the person staying in that room didn’t tell anyone about this until we were all about to go to bed the last night there so maybe the owner could have addressed that issue earlier), and there wasn’t any extra bath towels or trash bags (we had to buy our own).”
“We booked this space for a retreat, and we had such an amazing time. We had some issues with the heat and hot tub, but Andrea and Vito were extremely communicative, responsive, and helpful. They were extremely fast, gracious, and generous in how they responded to the issues with the house, which were beyond their control, and I would highly recommend staying here.”
