It’s a great excuse to slow down your morning, sip your coffee, or let the kids sleep in a little longer. You will receive a unique key code the morning of check-in. Other things to note Reminders - Parties of any kind are not permitted. - If there are any issues or concerns, please notify us immediately and no later than 24 hours. Pictures would be appreciated. - This is a no smoking, no vaping, no chewing and no e-cigarette anywhere in the condo and patio. - Please keep pets safely at home with the exception of documented service animals. -If there are any indications of a pet or party, an extra fee of $500 will be charged for cleaning. - We are located on the second floor which requires steps up. But aren't all good things worth a little work? There's also another flight of stairs to reach the third bathroom and fourth bedroom. - The pool and BBQ pavilion are open in the summer. There are lounge chairs and tables next to the pool. The pavilion also has plenty of outdoor seating. - Requests for early check-in and late checkout is based on availability. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed for preparing meals, along with plenty of dishes and towels. “Beautiful place. We stayed during spring break and it was a fantastic place. I'm sure in the summer the pool would be an amazing perk. The place was great and had so many sweet extra touches like a welcome treat, multiple charging areas, the arcade and game area. Bach gave great instructions and was very speedy with responding. “Beautiful home, it had enough space for two families. Also had everything we needed! We ran into one little hiccup, we arrived Thursday night. Two of us showered in separate showers Friday morning only to have luke warm water, we thought it was odd and assumed only one person can shower at a time. We rinsed and hopped out quickly! Saturday, morning I woke up early to be the first in the shower only to be met with cold water. Bummer way to start our long day of exploring on the town. Out of the ten of us that stayed we were unable to shower that day. We messaged Bach right away and she promptly responded and had some over as early as 10AM they discovered the heating element split off and had it replaced before our return at 5PM. Other than not being able to take a warm shower until our last day the condo was great. We received delicious cinnamon rolls. Bach also had two charging stations in the home, fantastic for travelers!”

“We were in Branson for a family getaway with our sons and their wives and our grandson, and this was the PERFECT place to stay! 10 minutes to downtown Branson. 10 minutes to the Silver Dollar City parking lot. Some good food options within 5 minutes drive. And it offers a BEAUTIFUL view of the Branson strip! The host was great, giving us all the information we needed ahead of time for arrival, with even some local recommendations.
The apartment is CLEAN! Very stylish and contemporary, and pretty close to new. The beds were comfortable, and there was a bedroom and a bathroom for each of our three couples. The deck made a great spot to read or enjoy morning coffee.
And all of it at a price that was better than many of the other listings we looked at. We hope to be back…and we’d definitely recommend this spot for you and your family too. I’d give it six stars if I could!”

Bach gave me all the info I needed describing her place, how to find her place, how to enter, wifi code, rules, etc. She even gave us a list of grocery stores & a Branson guidebook & even a packing list. The night before check out, she gave us the simple check out procedures. I messaged her about a later check out & she worked with us on that which we greatly appreciated! The place was in a great location & close to the Branson fun but far enough away for some peace & quiet. It was very clean & all the beds were very comfortable. We loved the chocolates left in each of our bedrooms. We all enjoyed the Ms. Pacman game! Definitely would recommend to family & friends & hope to return in the future.
