“★★★★★
We absolutely loved our stay at this St. Louis Airbnb! The 1904 World’s Fair theme gave the place a unique charm, and everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged.
Chrisy was a fantastic host—very accommodating and responsive to all of our requests. The neighborhood was in a great area and felt very safe. It was also very walkable, with lots to see and do nearby. We especially enjoyed Tower Grove Park, the Missouri Botanical Garden, and the Hill neighborhood. Having a Walgreens within walking distance was also very convenient.
The house had great air conditioning, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. We also really enjoyed having two televisions. Parking was easy and convenient, which was another big plus.
Overall, this was a wonderful place to stay and a great home base for exploring St. Louis. We would definitely stay here again. Chrisy was a wonderful host!”

“Christy was very responsive throughout our stay. The place was spotless and equipped with plenty of utensils. “Chrisy’s place was great for our 2.5 week stay in St Louis. Chrisy was a very responsive host, including when the old apartment building had some plumbing issues unrelated to the unit but impacting laundry. The “Worlds Fair” details were cute but comprised some comfort- the sofa is about as comfortable as it looks in the photos, plush bedding was warm for summer- but nothing major. We had our dog with us and he was very welcome! The apartment is on the second floor and the stairs are relatively steep, as is typical in the old buildings in the area, but wasn’t the best for our aging lab’s hips. We would definitely be back!”

“Puts the SUPER in superhost! Immediate & kind responsiveness when we learned in the air on the plane that previous Airbnb booking was suddenly cancelled bc of storm damage. Chrissy patiently answered our questions, & we were booked as we landed at 8 PM. Arrived to find pristine space with fully outfitted kitchen (sharp knives! ice cream maker! paper towels), snacks, and a bathroom stocked with q-tips, toothbrushes, etc - my mom's favorite lotion - besides shampoo, cond., body wash. Very easy check out, too. Lovely, walkable neighborhood convenient to many museums, WashU, gardens. Grateful for a lovely week after a stormy start!”

“I didn't realize that it was themed from when I booked it cuz she's looking for an affordable place for my mom and her friend and I don't normally have good luck but this lucked out for me because it was perfect for the two of them if they were so jazzed and it was cute and everything looked nice and was well decorated and that you had a ice cream maker even though we didn't use it that was cool to have available”

“This was a great place! Older building so the stairways could be loud if a lot of traffic, but minimal while we were here. The bathroom was small, as other reviews noted, but the place in all is very spacious! Mattresses very comfortable!! We loved the proximity to downtown as well as the zoo and other attractions— hosts were proactive and responsive! Extremely enjoyable stay :)”

“Chrisy was an incredible host and has an incredible place to stay! She was very kind when the weather turned sour with tornado warnings and made sure we knew we could head to the basement and checked in on us after all was over. The house was so cute and was very clean. It’s hard to get those older homes to look good without years of buildup and she did just that. Great place- we will be back!!!”

“We're very happy with the place: clean, quiet, fully-equipped and fun. The beautiful couch in the living room isn't the most comfortable but it's part of the theme. Bathroom is a little bit tight but manageable, beds are very comfy. The house is spotless clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Chrisy was friendly and very responsive. I highly recommend this beautiful house.”

“Beautiful quiet neighborhood just steps from The Hill and Botanical Garden. About one mile from the medical campus and an easy 15 minute drive to Wash U main campus. The place is very cool in 1904 World Fair theme. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and silverware. Bright bathroom is fully stuffed with everything you need and very comfortable queen bed.
Chrisy is quick to reply to texts - within minutes.”

“I chose Chrisy's place because I like to cook, and the photos suggested a nice and well-equipped kitchen, which it is! Excellent cookware, stove, and everything I needed for a long stay. The dining room table was a great place to eat and to work. Everything is exactly as described and pictured. Chrisy was helpful and quick to answer my questions. The temperature is easily adjustable; the apartment is well lit and spacious.”

“Such a cute place with everything you could possibly need, fully furnished. It felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. One thing to note, though, is that the bathroom is a bit narrow, which could be challenging for larger individuals. It wasn't an issue for us, but I wanted to give others a heads-up just in case. Chrisy was quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you so much for making this weekend go so smoothly for us. Would highly recommend.”

“This was a clean, quiet and modern apartment. We loved the themed decor, the 1904 World’s Fair. Very charming, and we had everything we needed. Clean, well appointed. Lots of accoutrements. Seemed recently rehabbed/remodeled. Parking space included, though we used the ample street parking. Centrally located. Near Botanic Gardens and Tower Grove Park. Easy to get to downtown or other neighborhoods. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity arises. 🏆”
