“We are giving a 3-4 star rating because the floors were very dirty. As a household that prefers no shoes in the house, we had to wear shoes the majority of the time. The hosts did say it was a quick turnover, so maybe that’s why. Overall, the house had plenty of space for the twelve of us. We enjoyed the fire pit, used the grill, and the neighborhood and the location was perfect - quiet, safe and close to everything we wanted to go to.”

“House had several issues upon arrival like a broken sink spout, broken toilet handle(had to open the top to flush it), and a wobbly bunk bed. We dealt with these issues because the house/furniture was older and it didn’t hinder our stay. After we checked out the owner tried to say we caused the issues. Also tried to charge me 500$ for having 6 people there, stating he thought it was 1, even though we messaged him upon booking and I told him up to 8 people.”

“We loved this place! The indoor pool and the pool table got a lot of use! We take our kids and grandkids to No. Conway each year for a Christmas weekend. This year we stayed indoors since we had this great pool! We were allowed to check in early and there was a Christmas tree in the living room which was a nice surprise! The house was clean and both showers were incredible with nice features! Another nice surprise! The house seemed bigger than what the pictures showed. There was plenty of room for 16 of us. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels for all of us. There are thermostats in every room in the house! We would definitely love to stay here again!”

“This home is absolutely gorgeous. Very spacious, the home is roomy, great for a large family or group of friends. We made large meals, enjoyed the tv, pool table, and many times in the pool. The house is well stocked and the only thing we were missing was sunshine when we were ready to make s’mores in the fire pit, but we had some extra pool time! Our youngest family is 15 months and the oldest 50’s. My self my children grand children, sibling his wife and kids and two friends. Not one person went without. The children age up to 11, felt comfortable, happy and played better there than anyplace we have ever been. Do not pass up the chance at an amazing location, comfy beds, furniture and with happiness rain or shine. Also plenty of parking”

“The pool is a great amenity and Vito was able to get a child lock for us when asked, however rest of the house is very disappointing for the price. There were cabinet and closet doors falling off, our kids were unable to sleep in the downstairs 3 bedrooms(basement level) after the first night due to damp/moldy smell. Sheets and beds and bathroom were clean but kitchen cabinets were sticky/and in need of some replacing.”

“The pool is really the game changer here. It's spacious, deep, and right off the living room! We had a blast. And, right around the corner, for pool lovers, you'll find --- pool! By which I mean, a pool table, in this case. So whether your pool interest is swimming or shooting, you are covered. Also, the showers are something to behold with unique settings I hadn't encountered before. The rest of the space was clean, well appointed, and nice, like a comfortable house. We went out to nearby breakfast places and shops and climbed the nearby Peak Mountain. There's a nice big TV over the fireplace. It was cloudy during our stay, but the living room also has skylights. We will be back!”

“we were initially booked for Feb but a conflict came up. communication was amazing with Vito and the booking was promptly and easily adjusted. throughout the process communication was clear and easy . check in and checkout process was easy. house was as advertised and we had an amazing stay . they were a couple minor things but nothing worth creating an issue. pictures were accurate and there was plenty of housewares and supplies in house. we would absolutely 100% recommend and stay there again. it made a great get away for my daughters 16th and exactly what she hoped for. “Our goal was a home with an indoor pool and great location to ski. Unfortunately we chose a weekend with RECORD low temps (windchill close to -50) so skiing didn’t work out.
Honestly the pool was worth it’s weight in gold. We all enjoyed it. The water was warm (again, a real temperature of 22 below outside), clean, and the kids loved it. The house was exactly as you see it in the photos. In this extreme weather we were warm and comfortable. The fireplace was perfect especially when coming in from outside.
We’d return again if we decide to stay in that area.”

“We came to Vito’s house to celebrate my dad’s 60th birthday and it was the the perfect spot. We wanted a place that had activities at the house. The pool table, fireplace and heated indoor pool were perfect for our chilly November stay. The kitchen and large dining table were great for having cooked meals together. The house is less than 10 minutes from cathedral ledge, and 15-20 minutes to North Conway shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and safe if you want to get out for some fresh air. We would love to stay here again!”
“Super fun home in a neighborhood 15 minutes from the center of North Conway! We loved having the pool right off the living room and while the house is a bit dated was a really great spot for a family gathering for the long weekend. The hosts were easily reached to explain the tv operation and even had extra batteries on hand for the remotes. There are tvs in each bedroom as well as two in common areas. Both bathrooms are upstairs with three bedrooms (2 Q & 1K) the kitchen, dinning room, living room and pool access are on the main level along with an outside patio and fire pit. There are then three additional bedrooms downstairs (one with 2 queens, 1 queen and two sets of twin bunk beds. Overall good property and would consider staying again in the future.”

“Vito's place is such a fun and relaxing place to stay. Everyone LOVED the pool and we are all above average pool players, and the pool table is excellent. Vito communicates very quickly to answer any questions. If you plan to do in house cooking, be sure to bring saran wrap or aluminum foil to cover any leftovers, and all condiments. The herbs and spices were well supplied. The location is private and quiet, but close enough to shopping. Such a fun place to stay for a family get together, especially if swimming is desired. I highly recommend Vito's place for a great get away .”

“The accomodations were modest but worked for our group of 12. Based on the price we paid, I was somewhat disappointed in the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the house. The house has potential but needs some updating and regular maintenance.
There is no A/C (as noted in the posting) and there was a heat wave our first few days there. There were fans provided in each bedroom to help regulate temperature but it was still pretty uncomfortable. Thankfully the heat broke mid-week and the fans were more than sufficient at that point.
The neighborhood is great and there is plenty of parking.
The pool provided great entertainment for our family after hours, but was freezing cold! It would be nice to have the option to heat it even during the summer months.
I understand the added cost for this rental is driven by the pool, but in my opinion it wasn't worth it in the end.”
