Guest access You will have access to the house and the basement (foosball table and air hockey); along with the deep back yard. We are still working on the backyard but have added a table, chairs, and solar lighting to the 2nd backyard and personally enjoyed the space recently and loved it! (Pre-mosquito season) The house and yard are not shared, but the trunk of the driveway is shared with the neighbors. Other things to note 5/2026: We had the immediate backyard excavated to be a parking area to fit 4 vehicles. You cannot park in the trunk of the driveway as it is shared with the neighbors and they need to be able to exit. Please respect that the neighbors will back into our parking area to turn their vehicles around to get down the driveway. They also understand that you might need to back into their area to turn your vehicle around. There is NO overnight street parking in the Village of Scotia. The driveway is narrow, but I can easily get my Dodge Durango up it and our contractor drove his LARGE construction vehicles up it just fine. This house is on a somewhat busy street and the primary bedroom is in the front of the house. We do have a white noise device in that bedroom. The houses are close together and both neighbors have dogs. But we have really nice neighbors and they are happy to say "hi". We have a relatively deep backyard. The furthest back part of the yard is fenced with a gate.
