We’ve designed a wonderful, modern home with rustic, farmhouse and industrial décor. BMS will be especially appealing to those people who can appreciate the many hours that we dedicated to designing a warm, artistic and a bit whimsical home.

Conveniently located 2 minutes from BM & 18 minutes from Asheville, Biltmore and Blue Ridge Parkway. Appreciate easy access to I40.

The space Completed in January, 2023 BMS is your new home away from home. Whether traveling with your family, or meeting up with your closest friends, you'll quickly fall in love with the warmth and custom décor of BMS. Glen spent many hours creating custom art, installing decorative wood planks and shopping local shops for unique accent items. The result is a captivating home that you will truly enjoy living in. Based on the dozens of five star reviews, our guests really appreciate the warm and artistic vibe of the home. They also love the close proximity to downtown Black Mountain and all it has to offer. About an 8 minute walk to the local eateries, shopping and cocktails at Cheshire Village as well as a beautiful walking path along a stream. If you enjoy a nice walk, it’s about a 40 minute round trip from the house to the end of the stream and back. A quick 2 minute drive to Cherry Street(downtown BM): shops, museums, boutiques, art galleries, bistros, restaurants, cafes. 15 minutes to Asheville and the Biltmore Estate. 1 minute drive to Ingles Supermarket/Starbucks/, BBQ & fast food. 5 minutes to the most popular hiking and mountain biking trails in WNC. Easy 2 minute drive to and from the main highway(I-40) exit. If you choose to spend your time hiking, shopping or tasting some of the areas fine local beers, you'll look forward to returning to BMS where you can end your day relaxing in the many interesting rooms including the spacious, tree lined, Sunroom. This enclosed room contains one of the two Fireplaces which will keep you warm and cozy in the cool mountain evenings. KITCHEN: You can find great restaurants in Black Mountain and Asheville, which was recently voted best "Foodie" city in the country. If however, you choose to dine in for the evening, you'll appreciate working with all the new full-sized stainless steel appliances, gourmet top range and well stocked kitchen. We provide a variety of pots and pans, knives, dinnerware/silverware for 12, cutting boards, toaster oven, Nespresso coffee machine, Ninja blender and various other cooking utensils. DINING: The custom made Dining Table seats 6-8, with close-by additional seating via the Kitchen Island/Bar containing 4 bar stools. LIVING ROOM: The beautiful living room is part of the open floor plan which gives you immediate access to the dining area and kitchen. It contains a new set of matching comfy Leather Sofa/Sleeper, Love Seat and Recliner. The TV sits on a Farmhouse styled movable coffee table which allows you to move the TV from in front of the Fireplace when it is in use. So whether you are watching TV or just sitting in front of the warm fireplace with your favorite book, you will thoroughly enjoy the warmness of this area of the house. SUNROOM: Soon to be your favorite space in the house. The Sunroom contains what is called an EZE Breeze structure which allows you to enjoy the benefits of the outside without facing the elements of nature. The "windows" can easily be vertically moved to gain access to the outside. No need to worry about bugs and mosquitoes, the structure is protected by screens. The Sunroom has six individual cushioned patio chairs. The three end tables and large coffee table will allow you to comfortably enjoy cocktails, appetizers and meals in this nature laden setting. The fireplace will provide warmth when cooler weather blankets the area. BEDROOMS: The primary bedroom has a King bed, large walk-in closet and a large luxurious in-suite bathroom with separate shower/bath. The second bedroom has a King mattress, while the third bedroom has two full sized mattresses. You'll have an awesome night of sleep on the brand new memory foam mattress, all cotton sheets and blankets. Choose from firm or soft memory foam pillows. Each room has it's own unique distressed wood plank wall and features an original piece of art created by Glen which he hopes you can admire and appreciate. TV: For your TV viewing, there is a 55" smart TV in the living room and a 50" smart TV in the primary bedroom. Both TV's are equipped with Youtube TV which has 80 of your favorite free channels. OFFICE: If you have to dedicate some time to work, you can comfortably sit at the desk located next to the kitchen. LAUNDRY ROOM: The laundry room is located on the second floor, right outside the primary bedroom. It contains brand new Washer and Dryer as well as laundry detergent. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, garage and community common area (gas grill, fire pit, Adirondack chairs) Other things to note BMS is a Townhouse located in a small community. Please be respectful of the community properties, neighbors and your surroundings. Shouldn't be hard if you are a responsible person and group.

“What an experience we had! From the very beginning, Glen was super responsive answering all of our questions, not only about the house but about the area of Black Mountain.
There were 5 of us plus our small dog. The house felt spacious and every detail was purposefully thought out...from having labels on the light switches to
having a Nespresso machine AND a regular coffee maker! The beds were incredibly comfortable and we loved having access to 2 fireplaces.
There's a great walking path along a stream behind their development which was a perfect way to start our day. The location was exactly what we needed: a 5minute drive into the town of Black Mountain (with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and cute stores) and only 15min to Asheville.
We cannot wait to go back!”

“Great upscale townhome in the cool and beautiful suburb of Asheville, Black Mountain. High quality everything from kitchen to baths to everything else. We we there for a week at end of March when it was particularly cold so it was a bit difficult but not impossible to get the entire place to a consistently comfortable temperature. Living room would be much better if tv were mounted on wall above fireplace rather than on strange rolling table which is clearly ultimately intended to just be the coffee table when they get around to mounting the tv. Other than that, really liked it for our week in the Asheville area”
