“The house was in good condition. It accommodated me & my family. The host was responsive. We didn’t like how the front door didn’t seem secure, after it was locked it could easily shake. There was tons of trash under the couch & the floors were dirty. Upstairs bathroom had dirty towels in it as well as the master bathroom. I just felt like the home wasn’t thoroughly cleaned.”
“This is my first time leaving a low review. I must stress how responsive of a host this was. She truly tried everything to ensure a great stay but HONESTLY some things happened that I have never experienced elsewhere and some may be out of her control. Any issues we had for the most part were addressed fast and to the best of her ability. Upon arriving the lock for the front door seemed delayed. We had to wait awhile. We came back after midnight and had to contact host to unlock. I appreciate her being up late. When we arrived, I sat down on the couch. I noticed a spider crawling beside me! Later, we played uno at the table. We had to kill a small bug on the table during our game! A lot of the towels had hair on them. The sheets were stained. My son found an open box of condoms in the kitchen cabinet! Host just advised to trash them. The smoke alarm batteries beeped loudly the whole stay. Me and 2 others in seperate rooms are bitten and 3 days later im still itchy! Worst cleaning ever.”

“The house was beautiful! We had a group of 10 and it fit all of us very comfortably. We did have an issue with the WIFI the first night, but Kuldeep came and fixed it the next day. Will definitely stay there again in the future.”

“A group of 12 of us traveled to Charlotte for a race at Whitewater Center. This house was quite close to the venue.
The home is roomy, clean, and worked very well for us. Could use some more kitchen items (pots, pans, table service), but was a really nice home.

“We go to Charlotte every year for our annual girl’s trip. This was the 2nd time that we stayed at this house. It’s very nice & Kuldeep is very responsive if you reach to her. We are planning to return to this house next year. It meets all of our needs. Definitely a thumbs up for me & the ladies!”

“The house was huge and spotless! Every room was beautifully maintained and equipped with large TVs, and the bathrooms were fully stocked with name-brand shampoo, conditioner, air fresheners, and even blow dryers. The kitchen had an impressive selection of Starbucks coffees, and there were plenty of extra blankets throughout the home.
The host was incredibly responsive, answering any questions I had within minutes. We did experience an unexpected issue with the water heater, but it was resolved very quickly and professionally.
Overall, this was a fantastic stay. I’m already planning to book again for an upcoming family gathering. Highly recommend!”

“The Airbnb was very nice! It looks just like the pictures. The only complaints I have was the hardwood floor in the master room made a very loud noise when you walked. I felt like I woke the whole house up everytime I went to the restroom. And used bar soaps were in the bathrooms. Other than that, very clean, spacious. I will use again.”

“Celebrated my daughter's 21st Birthday Celebration using this property! It's in an amazing location and 30 minutes or less to EVERYTHING from the Wal-Mart, Edibles Gift Store that's literally right around the corner, any branch of Bank for ATM use, Escape Rooms, downtown Charlotte, the Malls and Carowinds. The neighborhood is very ideal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!”

“The place is very large with tons of space. Beds were comfortable and the addition of smart TV’s in every bedroom was super convenient. Never seen the neighbors and there was no noise from the roadway. There were a few minor cleanliness issues such as cob webs in hard to reach places but nothing significant. The high ceilings and large rooms were so nice. There were not many towels or wash cloths so if staying for longer periods of time guests should definitely bring some additional. Overall was very satisfied with the stay.”

There were paint stains on one of the fitted sheets on a bed used which wasn’t ideal. The black stone is completely rusted and not available for use. There was a red hen that keep visiting from one of the neighboring properties….it would not leave. Just beware if afraid. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Kuldeep’s place was very spacious and beautiful. I will say I was confused when I saw the clean up instructions were lengthy even though we paid a $300 cleaning fee. I don’t think we should be putting towels in the washer if we have to pay a cleaning fee. There also was only one roll of tissue in each bathroom so we had to run to the store and get more. If you’re paying per person at an airbnb I think those things should be provided. 4 rolls for 10 women for 4 days isn’t accurate. Other than that I loved the home and the space provided. Kuldeep was responsive when I needed check in instructions even though that should be provided at the time stated.”

“This was a getaway for my family our teenagers needed a place with strong Wi-Fi and my 7yr was preoccupied with the keyboard that was in the home. Kitchen all areas downstairs were very well-maintained. Bedrooms were comfortable. The pictures do not do this place justice. it’s better than advertised. This home was extremely comfortable and the host was attentive. Much closer to uptown and other stores for any last-minute items you may have forgotten. We would easily book this place again and again, there’s no hesitation.”
