There is a steep staircase leading to the upstairs bedrooms; however, we were happy to find a bedroom and full bath on the ground level. There were a few important safety items absent from the property such as oven mitts and bath mats. Overall, the property was lovely with a few safety issues that could be easily remedied.”

“The house was nice and spacious. Easy to find and enter. Nice location and close to restaurants and stores. The linens on a couple of the beds very visibly not clean (hair, stains) so we had to wash them. Make sure to read the notes regarding guests/visitors. There are lots of rules regarding cooking and cleaning. Thankfully we didn't have any issues but it does make you feel uncomfortable. Kuldeep was quick to respond with any concerns.”

“This was a great location with quick access to 485. 10 minutes from the White Water Center, which is really fun day adventure. 20 minutes to UNC Charlotte. Four bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Downstairs bedroom is small but works for one person. If Open floorplan was nice, and house works well for a group of 8 to 10. Host is extremely responsive to questions.”

“The house was as described. Great location near shopping and restaurants. It was really good having a bedroom and full bathroom on the first floor. The master bedroom was huge. All other rooms were a good size as well.
A couple complaints, the upstairs hall bathroom toilet was dirty. Also there was no shower gel or soap provided, although there was shampoo and conditioner.”

“This is a lovely home but the cleaning crew did not clean the showers there was hair and old soap in the bathrooms. Also the tub in the hallway had a slow drain, I had to purchase drano for the water to drain out of the tub. Old dirty shower curtains that need to be replaced immediately.”
