“I love this place! Peaceful, beautiful surroundings, cozy porch and living room, everything you could imagine in the home. Felt like I was and grandmas house. The dogs loved all the room to play outside in the field and the stream. Will definitely be back! “We were in town for rafting and needed a place to stay overnight. Patrick’s place was great! There were plenty of places to sleep for our family of 7, and the home was cozy and delightful. The kitchen was well-equipped for our meals, and we enjoyed wandering around the large property our first evening. Patrick was a great communicator and handled our needs and questions. I would highly recommend his place and would stay again if we’re back in town!”
“This place is absolutely worth your stay. Just the stunning Mountain View out the master windows is worth it enough. Then you get to walk around and experience the beautiful view. The stream is super cute too and my dog loved playing in it. Patrick is super helpful and super quick at responding. If you’re looking for your next retreat in the mountains this is the place to do it at. You won’t be disappointed!”

“We had an amazing stay! Hearing the creek every time you stepped outside was a nice surprise. We watched the beautiful trees transform from bare trees to full bloom within days. The view of the stars was impressive along with the lovely morning views of the gentle fog floating across the mountain. We saw deer everyday, either on property, or on our drives through the scenic area. I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone seeking tranquility on the beautiful property in a gorgeous area in Murphy.”

The house it's self was so comfortable we felt right at home. You had literally everything you needed! The rocking chairs on the porch helped with the serenity of watching the sunsets over the mountain and the stars and lightning bugs at night!! We definitely recommend this place for peace of mind and comfortable accommodation!!! Thank you for having us we definitely look forward to visiting again!!!”
“We truly enjoyed our stay. Patrick was a great host. The home was very cozy. Our time sitting on the porch watch the Cardinals, blue jays and a number of other beautiful birds or Sunning down by the creek were just what the doctor order. Murhpy is close enough but yet far enough away. Highly recommend this home for a relaxing getaway.”
“Our stay was refunded since upon entrance the entire home was filled with Asian beetles, wasps and unclean. There was a note left from the last tenant which left me wondering if it had even been cleaned since. Counter in kitchen was filthy and just looked like it hadn’t been checked in weeks. I was disappointed and the communication with host was not helpful. I have Asian beetles but when there are HUNDREDS dead and alive throughout the entire house, you can’t tell me the place was cleaned the day before! Sorry, not ok. Unfortunate because the location and property were pleasant.”
