“Was a nice stop-over for my move from FL to ME. Really appreciated that it was pet-friendly as well. Good for a family or group of friends because of the number of bedrooms. The only issue we had was not finding the key that would open the doors onto the porch and backyard, but we could get back there through the carport.”

“Great stay in Raleigh. Clean, fun decor. It’s right off a main road and the intersection is a little odd when trying to get in, but you can barely hear any road noise. Lots of things nearby. A great place for a group hanging out in Raleigh. Good vibes. Check-in was easy with a door code. Would stay again :)”

“Stayed at Armand’s place with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend. The interior of the house was nice. There were a few issues with the house. First off, when we arrived there were some dirty linens on the floor and in closets which felt unacceptable for the price of this Airbnb. I informed the host and was met only with ‘sorry’ but no way to receive compensation or make it right. I do not think the outdoor area has been updated in sometime as evident by the rotting corn hole boards. There is a screened porch but there were holes in the roof so it was wet when it rained and made it unusable. The house is quite close to a very noisy road and consequently some of the bedrooms can be noisy.
I inquired about early check in and received an automated response that it would cost $75/ hour and decided that was not worth it. The check out time is 10 am and you are charged $30/ hour that you are late. I have stayed at lots of Airbnbs and have never had these stipulations.”

“The house was a quick Uber ride to downtown Raleigh and convenient to many attractions and restaurants. Armand, the host, was extremely responsive to messages, and in fact, helped us out very quickly when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the house. We appreciated the coffee bar for a quick morning brew.
The house was within walking distance to a great little shopping center with a Starbucks and restaurants. All in all a great place to stay in Raleigh.”

“This house was perfect! It's an older property but it's been kept up well and has been refurbished beautifully. It's centrally located in the heart of Raleigh, has ample parking, a nice screened-in porch, and a decent size back yard. It has 5 bedrooms and all the beds were new (or new-ish) and slept well! The bed linens and towels were white so you could see that they were clean; which they were. I don't have anything negative to say. I texted Armand once and he responded quickly. This whole rental experience went off without a hitch and I highly recommend this property!”

“I'm unfamiliar with Raleigh, but it turns out the house is very centrally located to playgrounds, parks, and shops. It is near a busy street but it's very quiet for that, and I appreciated the grassy backyard where I could play tag with my 4-year old :)
The house had lots of wonderful touches, like plant-themed wallpaper and accompanying plant throw pillows, a coffee maker that could do pods or regular coffee, and a all-in-one board game box. If my one note is that some bedrooms could have been bigger, they met our needs perfectly, and all the beds were comfy and big. Everything was clean and neat, the house got nice sun (but not too hot), the AC worked in all the rooms, and Armand was super responsive. I 100% recommend!”

“I recently booked accommodations for my family in North Carolina to celebrate my daughter's birthday and attend her competition. The property matched the description perfectly and provided ample space for our gathering. Its location was convenient, being close to the venue we needed to attend. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues: the house had only one television in the living room, with no TVs in the individual bedrooms, and the hot water wasn't great on the first night. I contacted the management about the hot water issue, and they responded promptly and resolved it quickly. Overall, I would consider booking this location again if I return to Raleigh, North Carolina.”
