  • Evidence of smoking or vaping may include, but is not limited to:
  • Smoke or vapor odors
  • Ash, cigarette butts, or cigar remnants
  • Burn marks on furniture, flooring, linens, countertops, or other surfaces
  • Nicotine or smoke residue
  • Vape cartridges, pods, or related paraphernalia
  • Tampering with or disabling smoke detectors
  • Reports from cleaners, neighbors, property management, or maintenance personnel
  • Violation of this policy will result in an immediate $500 smoking remediation fee.
  • The $500 fee is intended to cover the additional costs associated with odor removal, deep cleaning, laundering of all linens, air purification, deodorization, and restoring the property to a smoke-free condition.
  • Additional cleaning, repair, replacement, or damage costs exceeding $500 will be charged separately.
  • Repeated violations, excessive smoke damage, or tampering with smoke detectors may result in the immediate termination of the reservation without a refund.
  • By booking this property, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with this No Smoking and Vaping Policy.
  • Non-registered guests are prohibited at the property, without our prior consent and approval; All approved guests must vacate the property by 9pm.
  • No Pets Policy – Strict Enforcement Clause

  • Immediate termination of the reservation
  • Removal from the property without a refund

  • A claim filed through Airbnb’s Resolution Center
