I felt very safe being there by myself. Close to restaurants. HEB supermarket less than 5 minute drive. Movie theater less than 10 minute walk. Dan was very quick and helpful when responding to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Dan's place for a place to stay in Frisco.”

“I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Dan’s place. My daughter and I visited the area for my surgery at Medical City Frisco hospital, only 10 minutes’ walk from Dan’s place. The Airbnb was ideal both pre- and post-op! It was spotless, beautiful, spacious with high ceilings, restful, and had everything we needed. Within 5 minutes’ walk were numerous restaurants. We loved the coffee and breakfast sandwiches/pastries at Renew Coffee and Bakery, and we also enjoyed sushi (Sake Toro), Thai, and salads and burgers at Jake’s and Dad Jokes. We also indulged in the delicious Peach Cobbler Factory and Popcorn shops. The library and movie theater are also less than a 10-minute walk from Dan’s. Although we were there 2 weeks, we didn’t have time for all the eateries (e.g. the Indian restaurant, the English pub)! Dan was the quintessential host – an excellent, responsive communicator who enthusiastically provided hospitality in all ways before and during our stay. I highly recommend!”

“Our stay at Dan's place was exactly what we expected. We were located centrally to all places around us that we needed to travel to (lots to do and see within 20-35min) and there were plenty of walkable restaurants/coffee shops around us as well. The home itself was incredibly clean and the amenities were as listed. We took advantage of the in apartment laundry which was super nice. And we also used the gym and pool (sat by the pool...our trip was a bit colder, but sunny, weather wise), and both were clean and great to have access to. Host responsiveness was quick, polite and helpful. Instructions and communication were very clear. We had a super late night flight and were still able to check in without any issues. Our entire stay was great without any problems, and we felt right at home. We will definitely look to stay at Dan's place again next time we're in the area!”

“Great Location in my opinion, super comfortable, and easy to access. Spacious enough inside for a couple with a baby, great bedding and pillows, all bathroom necessities were good. Kitchen could use some more tools, but not everyone wants to cook while they are on vacation, so I understand. The pool area is amazing, and the ability to do laundry on the spot is great too. Dan was very accommodating and even helped me source a bassinet for my baby. Overall an amazing experience, we will return to Dan's apartment every time my family and I travel to Dallas.”

“This was a great location for us. Walkable to a handful of restaurants, fantastic location if you're into soccer games/HOF. The Farmer's Market was going on across the street which gave us more options for food.
Clean apartment. The bed is a queen and it was comfortable.
There was a strong cleaner smell in the apartment that stayed the duration of the trip and transferred itself to our belongings but Dan has said he will look into a more subtle or even unscented cleaning agent.”

“Very comfortable and clean apartment to stay in. Amenities were nice, neighbors were good. Pool looks and would have been amazing during the summer months. Worth the money, worth the stay. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pans, cutting boards, etc and we were able to cook in it without any issues. Close to an HEB but don't count on walking there as the drivers in the area do not care about pedestrians crossing, etc. Other than that, friendly host, overall very good experience.”
