The accommodation is fully air-conditioned, but we recommend enjoying the Freo Doctor by opening the rear door and the balcony sliding door and letting the Doctor cool the unit down. *We provide some basic breakfast provisions for your first morning including cereal, bread for toasting, milk and fruit and some other treats/snacks to enjoy during your stay. *Please assist us by recycling plastic and glass bottles/cans by placing them in the bin provided in the kitchen and also near the stairs. You may place excess general waste into our red- topped rubbish bin at the rear of our driveway.   • When you leave, please leave the key on the bench, turn off aircon, close windows and shut the doors. No need to lock.

“I had a wonderful time at Andrea's house. The room is facing to the sea and you got a stunning sunset view every day. The house is well equipped and really cozy. “My 8yr daughter and I were in the process of moving house and sought a homely space locally to ease the chaos of moving. From our check in right up to departure we were welcomed with open arms, the space is absolutely perfect, private and well designed. We both slept well in the comfortable bedroom, and had all the comforts we needed to allow us to be ‘at home’. The owners even helped us in drying a load of washing for school because I’d missed the sunshine that day. Each afternoon, we sat on the balcony and enjoyed watching the sunset. It was very grounding and calming for us both during a busy time of change. Thank you for having us, we appreciate your hospitality and will definitely be back whenever we visit our friends in Perth.”

“A great self contained apartment above the garage in the owner's backyard. Completely separate entrance and very private. The apartment has everything you need - with lots of little considerate extras - a breakfast starter pack, some special treats on arrival, good basic kitchen/cooking supplies, an emergency bathroom kit with spare toothbrush, Panadol, bandaids etc in case you forget anything, and even beach towels and beach umbrella! An easy 10 minute stroll down to Coogee beach, and lovely views from the balcony to sit and watch the sun go down over the ocean. Highly recommended. More like an old school BnB but with the benefit of self-contained privacy.”

“This accommodation was perfect for us visiting our daughter. It was great for the two of us with a generous bedroom and comfortable bed. The choice of pillows is a thoughtful addition. The hosts had left lots of little kitchen extras for us to use which was helpful. We were greeted by the host who showed us around and was onsite if needed. The place is at the back of the house in a separate building but has been well designed to feel private. The view to the west is wonderful and a beautiful sunset while you sit on the balcony or table inside. Would highly recommend.”
