“Everything was great. I felt the price should have been a bit lower because of the berm in place - there was a lot of trash on the other side so we couldn’t really enjoy the beach even after climbing over it. If that area of the beach on the other side of the berm was better maintenanced it would have been a non issue. With that said the house itself was perfect and the location was ideal! Andrea was a good host and we had a wonderful time.”

“The beach house was great for our stay. We enjoyed waking up to the beautiful views of the beach. Lots of big tides, so the city blocked off easy access to the beach from the home with sand hills. House was pretty clean for the most part. Small fixings needed. But the home came stocked with everything we needed which was great! My kids really enjoyed the toys and things left for them. Would definitely recommend.”

“Had a lovely stay with the kids. Right by the beach with a huge sand dune the kids could play on. Andrea was a very nice host and provided sand toys for the kids. There are also boogie boards, kayaks, paddle board, bikes. Beautiful vacation spot.”
“We rented this beautiful three-bedroom beachfront home for an employee retreat, and it was absolutely perfect. The home itself is stunning and incredibly peaceful, exactly what we needed to relax and recharge together. The moment you walk in, it truly feels like home.
One of the most incredible parts was the view. Looking out the windows felt like being on a cruise ship because the ocean is so close. Waking up and seeing the water right there was unforgettable.
The location was also ideal, very easy to find and close to great entertainment and fine dining. Even the neighbors were welcoming and friendly, which made the stay feel even more special.
The host was kind, responsive, and wonderful to work with throughout the entire stay.
We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our retreat and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!”
“Not only was the ocean view and location unbeatable, but the home itself was so clean and well kept! I’ve lived on the coast my whole life and sometimes you sacrifice the inside just to have a good view, but that was not the case with this lovely home! It had everything, plenty of space but super cozy. My partner and I had a fantastic time, would absolutely stay here again.”

“Great unit for a family vacation and well set up for kids. Right on the beach and across the street from the bayside beach (lifeguard). We appreciated thoughtful furnishings, washer and dryer, well supplied kitchen and bathrooms and the necessities and extras for the beach.
The parking space is good for a medium/small vehicle but a mini van or SUV could be too tall to fit. Street parking was available, but is crowded on the weekends . Given the price of the unit, we were disappointed that a couple of the kitchen appliances, while usable, needed repair. We pointed this out to the host.”

“Andrea was a great host...the place had great space inside, plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen was gorgeous and plenty of cooking necessities. Plenty of linens, towels and beach accessories. The location made the place special. My mom and special needs brother made the short walk to the bay easy peasy. A couple unfortunate things specifically for my family, the berm up for storm protection made the front facing beach inaccessible for us. Another small issue is no screens on the windows and no AC. No TV in the bedrooms made sleep a challenge since we all sleep with the TV on. Some of then outside areas needed a power wash. Overall, fantastic location and a very special home. Thank you.”

We stayed at the beach house for several days in June. It was a fantastic experience. The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The location is right on the beach so you could not ask for better views and access. Andrea was very helpful and communicative from start to finish. We were traveling with an infant and two toddlers and she made it all very easy for us. We were greeted with a lovely welcome basket and a bucket of sand toys for the kids. How cool!
When we checked out at 4 am for an early flight home, we forgot some house keys on the table. Andrea found the keys for us AND mailed them to us.
We highly recommend staying here if you get a chance.”

“Our place in Long Beach was great and Andrea was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze. The home was spacious and right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very well equipped with beach/water gear, games for kids and adults, and everything you would need in the kitchen. The carport is small, but it did fit our Mazda CX-50. It was a great place to relax and reconnect with family.”

Weather is nice in the area, but the house does not have cooling. It wasn’t an issue when we were there with windows open. Screens on the windows also would be nice so flies etc don’t come into the house.

“Andrea’s place was gorgeous not only from the views but the space itself. My friends and I had a blast celebrating my 27th birthday and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to have it. The beds and couch were comfy as well as the dining table. Andrea is well stocked from utensils and table settings to cookware. The house was also well stocked with towels, toilet paper, napkins, etc which can sometimes be missed in an airbnb. The area itself was very quiet with very few people coming and going making the experience extremely peaceful and almost giving the illusion we had the entire neighborhood/beach to ourselves. She even included freebies and a list of recommendations to check out around the area.
