This property is one of the best in Hollywood Hills, offering a once in a lifetime chance to experience a true HOLLYWOOD HILLS lifestyle in a safe, secluded, celebrity filled residential neighborhood. View on flower gardens, vegetation, mountains...and the HOLLYWOOD SIGN. The space Peaceful, quiet studio with gorgeous view on Hollywood sign and celebrity mansions. The studio has everything you need for a short stay. Comfortable queen bed, flat screen TV, Wifi, Netflix, kitchenette with a, sink, two hot plates, cookware, dishes, microwave and exhaust, mini fridge, microwave, tea water heater and coffee maker. Free 24-7 street parking. Clean room upon your arrival. This Hollywood Hills living is not like most touristy, loud, dirty areas of Hollywood. Our home is totally fenced, very private and in one of the safest, quietest areas of Los Angeles. The home sits at the end of a cul-de sac. Since the studio is all about 'the view', we want our future guests to know that there are no curtains or blinds in front of the windows. We never pass by the studio, nor are we able to look inside. Der Parkplatz war immer für uns freigehalten. Es ist einfach nach oben zu kommen.
Zum Griffiths Ovservatorium kann man tatsächlich zu Fuß laufen. Der Weg zurück ist etwa anstrengend.
Bis Universum Studio haben wir nur 15 Minuten gebraucht.
Auch etwa "weiteren" Ausflüge z.b. zu Malibu oder Santa Barbara kann man problemlos vom Studio unternehmen.
Wir haben zwei Tage regnerischen Wetter gehabt. Auch an diesen Tagen haben wir in Unterkuft erst mehr als sicher gefühlt, auch Dank Netflix war es nicht langweilig.

“We had a wonderful stay! The neighborhood is beautiful and incredibly quiet. The location couldn’t be better: we could reach all the main attractions like the Walk of Fame, Beverly Hills, Getty Museum and the Universal Studios within a short drive.
We even had a direct view of the Hollywood Sign from the property, which made our mornings and evenings truly special.
The area feels very safe and charming, with lovely houses, trees, and peaceful surroundings.
We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!”

Having a designated parking space available to utilize is also just tremendously helpful. All of the windows face several homes in the canyon, I think that curtains would a great option to have. We just returned from our trip and have already started talking about staying here again in the future in we are able to do so!”

“Isabel's guest house is truly a hidden gem, tucked away in Bronson Canyon. The neighborhood is quiet and very residential. We spent a week here working remotely, and it was a serene experience. Super close to hiking trails, and close to Griffith Park / Los Feliz, and Hollywood(duh!)...
The guest room is nicely renovated with a nice bathroom, and a functional kitchen.
The hosts, Isabel and her husband, are super super nice and responsive. We had some minor issue with the bed frame and it was taken care of in no time. Everything was communicated clearly, and we felt very much at home. Her husband also gave us food recs locally, that made us feel more like locals rather than tourists..

J'avais hésité avec un appartement à Beverly Hills, je ne regrette absolument pas mon choix !
Logement propre qui correspond à 100% aux photos de l'annonce, très bien équipé (serviettes, shampoing/savon, de quoi cuisiner, etc...), facile d'accès avec place pour se garer gratuitement devant, literie confortable.
Bien que l'entrée et la sortie se fasse de façon autonome et que nous ayons notre propre entrée privée, le contact avec Isabel a été top, elle est extrêmement réactive en cas de besoin ; elle s'est assurée que nous avions tout ce qu'il nous fallait pendant notre séjour.
Bref : hôtes adorables, localisation de rêve, logement propre et confort... l'une de mes meilleures expérience AirBnB.

“Great location & a lovely neighborhood in the heart of Hollywood, yet away from all the busy streets of Hollywood. Isabel’s a great host. She’s super helpful and friendly making us feel so welcomed. Her place is an absolutely beautiful, cozy hideaway studio overlooking the amazing view of the Hollywood valleys. The studio is accessed by a keypad gate, its entrance makes it feel quite private with a designated spot to park. It’s super close to everything all the shops, lots of good food, grocery stores, and other activities within a few minutes of driving. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend it to anyone if you’re staying around the Hollywood & LA area.

A perfect hideaway to get out of the hustle and bustle and spend time outdoors. Bronson caves/ trails are within an easy walking distance. If you're an avid hiker, you can hike up to the Hollywood sign or go the other direction and hike Griffith Park and visit the Griffith Observatory.
The Observatory is a must-see for any space science lovers! Or to just watch a beautiful sunset over LA and see the iconic nighttime lights of LA after dark.
A short walk out of the Canyon, you'll find several great restaurants on Franklin Street and a nice grocery.
Nearly everything in the downtown/ Beverly Hills area is within 30-35 minutes via ride share or driving yourself; it's the perfect stay for business or pleasure.

The location is excellent; it is located in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very central and a close drive to many places we wanted to visit. The studio was very clean, beautifully furnished and super comfortable (great bed and shower), even with a small fridge and plates/utensils available for our use. We also enjoyed using both netflix and hulu (although there may have been other subscriptions available, too). The view was really breathtaking and lovely, as seen in the listing photos. The studio was very quiet, so we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay. While the studio is connected to the main house, the studio is completely private with a separate entrance, which was great. Parking was pretty easy and there was always a space designated for us in front of the house.
Isabel was super-considerate, very nice and thoughtful and a wonderful host overall; great communications (when necessary), and very respectful of our privacy. Will definitely book again when visiting LA in the future, and highly recommend it to others without any reservations whatsoever!!

“The VIEW in this studio was AMAZING! You see the Hollywood sign from the bed. The weather was so nice my whole entire stay. The neighborhood quiet with beautiful homes - I would walk down all the way to Franklin Street which has Gelson's supermarket, The Bourgeoisie Pig (cute coffee shop), a Thai restaurant, laundry facility, and more. Hollywood BLVD is close by as well. Oh and the host, Isabel, is the perfect host to have: responsive, respectful, and gave me the right amount of privacy while still being friendly. I would def stay here again. The only thing I would recommend is guest renting their own car to stay here, although I didn't have a car and I enjoyed walking down to the main streets (I live in NYC, so I love walking).”

“This was my first time renting an airbnb. I am somewhat of a germaphobe; even more since the pandemic began, so I must say I had reservations about staying anywhere, however, I was so satisfied with my choice. The space was immaculately clean, peaceful and very comfortable. The view was excellent; just enough and a great view of the Hollywood sign. Even though I was not traveling, I needed a nice place to stay, while having a small remodel done in my home. Though alone, I felt very safe in the surrounding neighborhood and on the premises. I was born and raised in Los Angeles so I know the City pretty well. In addition, to the great space, the hostess, Isabel, was excellent. She checked in with me to make sure things were good. She was very attentive and she was very patient with me when I had to change my move in date at the last minute; it worked out. The check in process was super easy. It was a great get away for me. I would definitely go back, for another get away. It was well worth it!”

But the view. Nothing beats waking up to the Hollywood sign every morning. Highly recommended for couple's getaway.”

“If you are planning a trip to LA, I can’t say enough good things about Isabel’s apartment. The location was perfect for my husband and I to visit tourist destinations all across the city. It was easy to park our rental car outside, hike to the Griffith Observatory, and wake up every day with a breathtaking view of the Hollywood Sign. The view alone makes the location the prime spot! Isabel is a gracious host who communicates quickly and checks in frequently to make sure you have everything you need for a successful trip. We will definitely stay again in the future.”
