At 2,600 sq ft across three floors, Walnut Beach Luxury House was designed to feel elevated yet relaxed — understated coastal luxury with a boutique hotel feel in one of the Connecticut shoreline’s most coveted beach communities. Main Level: The heart of the home is an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with soaring 9-ft ceilings, rich hardwood floors, and abundant natural light. The Montigo gas fireplace anchors the living area — ideal for cool coastal evenings after the beach. “We had the best family “staycation” weekend at Bo’s property. No detail was spared and we had everything we needed for the weekend and more. Before we booked she described the house safety features to make sure her property would be suitable for our younger kids. She always answered any questions right away and also made a few great suggestions for family friendly local rainy day activities and food recommendations. Her property was immaculate and comfortable and the private beach was so close which made it easy for our family to go back and forth as needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the yard had so much seating and room to play with the kids. Our stay was relaxing and fun and I hope to book with Bo again in the future!”

“Bo’s place was an absolute pleasure in every way! The house is beautifully decorated with 5 star comfort and decor. The beds and linens were immaculately clean and comfortable, and the house is quiet and peaceful. There was so much attention to detail, from the game room activities upstairs to a kitchen worthy of a chef! We loved the proximity to the beach, where we spent most days, and close to town where the lobster rolls and ice cream were delicious. The gazebo and grill area is perfect to unwind and relax at the end of the day. This is a great listing that I highly recommend.”
“After clear and good communication with Bo ahead of time, we walked into her place which was pristine clean, inviting, well lit, well stocked including with indoor and outdoor games, outdoor furniture, cozy couch to lounge and a whole third floor with comfortable space to work or play. Just a few houses from the beach and beautiful SeaView Drive. Local ice creamery and coffee shop/café. The town is simple and quaint; the house is great and made the stay there so nice.”
“My friends and I had such a great time at Bo and Matt’s house in Wildemere beach. The house is brand new, perfectly lit, airy and just has a really nice feel to it. All the rooms were beautifully decorated and really comfortable with high end linens.
The amenities were great too – fully stocked kitchen, a pergola with remote control lighting and two work spaces. But the highlight was the third floor lounge with the poker table and neon sign. We truly enjoyed staying in this space and really appreciated their flexibility in accommodating our urgent request for a nice place to stay, due to change in our travel plans
We hope to stay longer next time we’re back there!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Bo & Matt’s beach house. It’s located a block away from the beach so getting there is no problem. We stayed for Memorial Day weekend and while the weather did not cooperate with us, the house did not disappoint!
The house has been meticulously renovated with all the right finishes to welcome all the guests. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed to make meals for our 3 kids and it was all brand new! The bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and high end linens. The primary bedroom was amazing and the bath was very luxurious.
The family room on the top level was just what we needed to entertain us with all the rain. There were plenty of board games for entertainment and we had a great time hanging out. Had this house been on the actual beach it would have been perfect but this is pretty close!
Finally Bo was very gracious. Constantly available for any concerns and she was very thoughtful! We would absolutely recommend!”
“We had such a wonderful weekend at this home for our adult sisters reunion. From the moment we walked in, it felt more like a luxury spa retreat than a rental house. The home is beautifully decorated, bright, spotless, and filled with thoughtful details. It even smelled like a spa.
There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The open kitchen was perfect for meal prep and fully stocked with everything we needed.
The bedrooms were all comfortable, and the primary suite is absolutely stunning with a private deck. The third floor was an unexpected bonus with a huge game room and meditation/yoga nook.
The back deck and new pergola and patio furniture offered great space for us to sit outside and the location could not have been better. It was just a short walk to a long sandy beach. The water was crystal clear and we even dared to take a group plunge.
